From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere pulls you in — stylish, energetic, and just the right mix of upscale lounge and fun nightlife. The music was on point all night, the crowd was lively, and the bartenders knew exactly what they were doing. Drinks were strong, well-made, and came out fast even when the place got busy. The staff was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. What really stood out was the overall energy of the place. It’s the kind of lounge where you come for one drink and end up staying the whole night because the vibe is just that good. Perfect for a night out with friends, celebrating something special, or just letting loose and enjoying the South Florida nightlife. If you’re anywhere near Hollywood Beach or visiting the area, The Vault is definitely a must-visit. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in town!

The drinks were high. $20 a drink & if you didn't have a ticket it was $25 to get in on a Thursday, but overall the music was good the club was popping and it was the perfect crowd.

I attended the BB Sundays event with friends, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We purchased $55.99 tickets for what was advertised as a food‑inclusive brunch. When we arrived at 3:00 PM, we were told the brunch had already ended and the event had shifted into the party segment—something that was never communicated during ticket purchase. We attempted to resolve the issue directly with the promoter rather than disputing the charge with our banks, but the interaction was handled unprofessionally. When we requested a refund for the brunch we never received, we were told it was "not possible" and were instead offered a drink coupon. For an event at this price point, that response was unacceptable and showed a lack of respect for attendees. Professionalism and clear communication are essential when hosting paid events. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly not only on the promoter but also on the establishment associated with this event. I hope future events are managed with greater transparency and customer care.

Unfortunately, this event lacked both.

I chose this brunch spot to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends because it came highly recommended, but it unfortunately did not deliver as expected. The event was advertised to run until 5:00 PM, and we arrived around 2:00 PM only to be told that all the food had already run out. Brunch was the main reason we attended, yet we were told we "should have come earlier," despite the event still being ongoing. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to offer a refund or alternative solution. Overall, the experience was disappointing and reflected poor customer service. I would not recommend this event or its organizers based on how the situation was handled. I bought two tickets each for 55+taxes and only stayed for 15 mins taking to the manager who only offered us drink vouchers.

Great club, drinks good price, bartenders are friendly, staff are very respectfull, great vibez.

What a joke. Pulled up to The Vault thinkin it was gonna be a classy night out—NOPE. Door guy with the neck tattoo looked me up and down like I owed him money and said "VIP only tonight" even though the parking lot was half empty. Paid the $20 cover anyway just to see what the fuss was about. Inside? Straight circus. Some chick in a thong and pasties was pourin "free" shots but only if you let her grind on your leg first—felt like I was in a low-budget music video nobody asked for. Bartender poured my whiskey like he was rationin it for the apocalypse, $18 for a thimble. Dance floor was wall-to-wall sweat and desperation. Saw a dude in flip-flops gettin a lap dance from what had to be his cousin. Place smells like old fries and broken dreams. Left after 15 minutes with my shirt stickin to me and a headache from the strobe lights. Save your money and your dignity—go literally anywhere else.
