Based on my repeated experiences as a patient, I believe this facility demonstrates a systemic failure of patient care, continuity, communication, and medication management, creating unnecessary and dangerous risks to patient health. Since establishing care under Emily Browand, APRN, I have seen her only twice. She is routinely unavailable, and I am repeatedly reassigned to different providers without notification, consent, or communication. This lack of continuity is compounded by unanswered messages sent through the patient portal, leaving me without guidance or timely responses regarding critical aspects of my care. I ask plainly: Where is the commitment to patient safety and patient-centered care? Most alarming is the repeated mismanagement of my Cabenuva treatment, a medication with a strict administration schedule that is essential to maintaining therapeutic effectiveness and preventing resistance. I have been on Cabenuva since its initial release and am fully knowledgeable of the required treatment timeframes. I received my injection on September 27, yet my next dose was not administered until December 6, placing me significantly outside the recommended dosing window and out of compliance. When I questioned this deviation—appropriately and proactively—I was met with dismissiveness and attitude, as though advocating for my own health was inappropriate. This delay was not caused by me, but by failures in scheduling, provider availability, and medication coordination within this organization. The situation escalated further today. I had a confirmed appointment at 2:00 p.m. for my injection. I was contacted and asked to arrive earlier because: Emily Browand was again unavailable, and Dr. Cade was leaving early. I rearranged my schedule—despite having three other medical appointments the same day—to accommodate the clinic’s request. After arriving two hours early, I was informed that no one could locate my medication, and I was told I would need to reschedule. This is unacceptable. A healthcare facility that administers specialty medications should never be unable to account for a patient’s prescribed treatment—especially after confirming an appointment and requiring the patient to adjust their schedule. This represents a critical breakdown in medication management, internal communication, and basic standards of care. At this point, this is no longer an isolated incident but a pattern: Lack of provider availability Failure to communicate with patients Missed or delayed critical treatments Disregard for established medication protocols Indifference to the real health risks imposed on patients These actions have put my health and life at unnecessary risk. No patient should have to repeatedly fight to receive medically necessary treatment or worry whether their care team is capable of safely managing their treatment plan.

My feelings about the center have changed. The many homeless around the center seem to believe there not being taken serious . I see that they dot seem to like the homeless around there to much. They are treated rudely. They are treated very badly actually that is really not very good. Because many homeless are homeless because they are gay or trans. There is not many jobs . They are not helped in many ways . I'm actually was trans. I have chosen not to have surgery or hormones. I was homeless because of it. They say there is no desciminstion of employment .The hell there isn't. I feel ylthe center should be more of a refuge. I never had a place to dress growing up. I dressed I alleys, garbage areas any where someone could not see me. I should think it would been nice if i had a place to dess. The center doesn't want you to use the bathroom .You can't bring bags I either. It should be a sanctuary. A place west you can come to be yourself. Have a safe place to change into women if you like. Or become a boy if your a young lady. But it just seems to become another place that's using a group of people by name but have there place to look politically correct. It's sad really. One group of people that are treated unfairly. That is treating others that are not being treated right treating another group with the same indifference because their homeless..when will it just be enough that a person is human. That all people be treated the same. Not looked at as different.

Shocked at the rudeness of the gentleman behind the counter. The person in front of us had a question that he couldn't answer, so he waited until someone else approached. He sarcastically said, this FRIEND needs this issue resolved. When I asked him how to get upstairs, he could barely conceal a laugh. Again, sarcastically saying that he's never been upstairs. The other worker said I was in the wrong place. Apparently there are multiple places called The Center, all with the same logo. A helpful person would simply say that, instead of making fun of vulnerable people seeking help. He also couldn't handle the phone ringing, yelling into it for the person to hold. Clearly frustrated. If you hate your job, maybe look for a new one? Definitely don't be around vulnerable people. The other location was full of helpful people. I didn't mention the issues with this place to them. Perhaps I should have. I was just in shock.

I just want to say that I love this place! Dominick really helped me make some much needed changes. Without his compassion and support I am not sure where I would be! A big thank you to him and the entire staff! Happy Holidays!

I go for a weekly 50+ Women's group. Great group of women. The Center has many different groups for men, youth, and trans. They offer a wide variety of information for services in the community. They have computer services and a coffee bar.
