Customer Reviews
Le Bain has a rating of 3.4 out of 5 based on over 2006 reviews on Google
Absolutely horrible experience at Le Bain. The people at the door were beyond rude and completely unprofessional. We accidentally walked up to the wrong entrance and instead of simply directing us, they started cursing at us and telling us to "go all the way around" in the most disrespectful tone possible. To make it worse, they were letting other people go in front of us even though we had tickets. There was no organization, no courtesy, just attitude. One of them even said "welcome to New York" as if that excuses treating people terribly. The irony? We were literally born and raised here. Having tickets clearly means nothing if the staff at the door treats guests like that. The energy before you even step inside completely ruined the night. There’s no reason for that level of hostility toward paying customers. Would not recommend based on how we were treated at the entrance alone. I attached pics of them.
The bouncers (one pictured below wearing a black cap), who several other reviews mention, were working when I visited Le Bain on March 5th. They were extremely rude and disrespectful when letting us in, and generally their attitude is a poor reflection of the venue, which otherwise had nice staff and is a pretty good rooftop club. They ultimately ruined my night out with my friends after I briefly stepped out to retrieve a phone I had left in an Uber. The three of them confronted and berated me over it, which was completely unnecessary because it wasn't any of their business and affected no one but me. After that interaction, my friends and I were emotionally drained and ended up cutting the night short and going home.
I went to this rooftop for a night out dancing, and it was absolutely beautiful. The view was spectacular, as well as the atmosphere and the drinks were really good. A perfect spot to enjoy the city from above.
The Vibes at the club were good. Bottle service was good, and the bottle girl was so cute and friendly. Very sweet and good vibes, very cozy. The age range was closer to early twenties, with some individuals in their mid twenties. The black female bouncer was so racist. She told me I went in and out five times, but it was the second time I even left the building. I'm guessing it's because my friend group had a good amount of asian, so she thinking we all look the same. Very disappointing experience to be discriminated against when you just want to have a good night out. Five times is crazy. I told her this was the second time I'd left, and she said I had to be back in five minutes. We also had a table, so to spend on a table and still be discriminated for leaving and returning to the place that we paid for a table at is wild. Disgusting attitude, racist, black female bouncer.
Rude staff, door person, yes the blond one. Over the top "we're so exclusive vibe" rude attitude but it was actually not at all. There's a little hot tub reeking of chlorine as you down your vodka, while staff try to find more ways to exclude and mistreat you. Views were SPECTACULAR! Music was house, and great DJ, so atmosphere was good, everyone dancing, a younger crowd though. We just happened to be there because friends were staying at hotel. Door person wanted to see a key for each person - seriously. Drinks were very watered down. Had a great time because with friends and good music, but would never come back. Lots of great venues in NYC without rude staff and management.
Lovely terrace to watch the sunset! After a few drinks you can come down yo the club area and enjoy the live dj music while you’re on the dance floor. The club has a pool inside so it’s kinda eccentric but unique about its atmosphere. The view from the terrace it’s amazing! Definitely a summer must visit spot!
Worst experience I’ve ever had in a club. Even if you get in, the drink prices are outrageous and the venue is lame. All they have is decent restrooms. A weird hot tub. And good views of Lower Manhattan. But the drama at the front door is not worth it: I thought this club was okay, until I got rejected for entry for no reason. I visited this club many times before. But in Nov 2025, they let my entire group in, but not me and refused to give me a reason. They were so disrespectful that all of my friends left this venue along with me. Idk how they can stay in business while treating their customers with so much disrespect. People who go clubbing generally spend a lot of money. Nobody deserves racial or disrespect. There are better places to have a good time with n NYC..
