Nate is the best! We had such a great experience with him. We had a big group and he handled everything flawlessly. The service was unbelievably exceptional — attentive, friendly, and he made sure everyone had what they needed without ever making us feel rushed. On top of that, the food was great. Everything came out timely and exactly as ordered, which is impressive with a larger group. Nate really elevated the whole experience with his energy and professionalism. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!
Everything was great. The food and the drinks did take a little bit to arrive but its okay better than going to McDonald's or Carl's.
Visited today, President’s day with my son and his friend. Go to the bar in the back where the games are and decide to order a drink. Sit at the bar with only one other individual who already has a drink and wait. The bartender is on the other side so I wait, I wait. I wait. 3 children come to the bar and sit. The bartender goes directly to them and serves them. Another bartender who saw I existed comes and serves me. I’m like wow. Children get served before me. I come back a second time for another drink and try to be served by the same bartender from previous. He’s busy making a drink and doesn’t see me though I was standing right where he was. The other bartender is busy with someone so the bartender I was trying to get comes to help. Two men who came up after me and a third man who just came beside me gets served first. I’m like this is amazing. Twice I’m ignored. Jorge came to serve me the first time while Erik was serving the children. Then both don’t know who was first the second time. This is why I don’t visit this location. Front bar is no better. It’s like the bartenders selectively choose who they want to see and serve.
My family and I usually go to the Dave & Busters in Long Beach so my experience there was similar to what I experienced in Orange. Half of the employees are friendly and willing to help. The other half seems to not give a care in the world about their job or their responsibilities, but then again that’s what you can expect from most establishments nowadays. Our server was great, the food came quick. She checked on us multiple times, it was great. My only issue was with a "gamer" who I stood in front of waiting to check the points on our game card. Kayla or Karla or something of that nature clocked in on a computer and immediately jumped on her phone. I waited for about 5 minutes. Took a little video. Then waited another 5 minutes and finally had to walk away, but not before snapping another pic of this employee of the month! 👍🏽
Was visiting from Canada and have never been to a Dave and Busters before. Me and my 3 kids had a blast with everything. Food was quick and good, and our waitress was friendly and great at explaining everything for us. Just wish we had more time.
Over 1.5hrs of waiting and after the 3rd time asking for drinks, my bf finally walked to the bar and ordered our beers. Beers. Not even mixed drinks! This after asking the supervisor for them. The food took over 1hr to arrive at our table. Food before drinks! Don’t come here.
I feel like it can't fully rate food and service because we went during the superpower party and they just were not prepared.. we stood in line for almost the whole extra hour they gave you for superbowl extras and then it took over and hour possibly almost 2 to get our nachos we ordered. We only got 2 rounds of wings because they were so behind and they were always cold.. we couldn't even get drinks as much as we wanted.. I don't blame the server because she was trying they had tons of people. I just think they were not prepared for all those people for superbowl
