Absolutely the most free expression of who you want to be ever. There were daddies, jock strap wielding hotties, pups, leather bois and just a good mix of gay male humans that aren’t caught up on stupid stuff. What an absolutely amazing bar for Phoenix. I’m returning from Brazil and this made me feel like I was vibing in Rio. Great staff, amazing vibes, and cheap…. Dive cheap with pure love for every human boi that walked through the leather straps to get in. This is my bar, these are my people.

2 for 1 every Wednesday until Christmas eve they decided not to do 2 for 1 cause it was dead and they Wanna make a buck on Christmas eve. after the leather event just made them several money on the Saturday event bad santa and still never got pictures for that dont think would like to waste my time there on new years therr definitely not having 2 for 1 think will be going to parties instead this year

It's a great place if you like men. Young men middle-aged men old men skinny men fat men you name it. It's a great Brotherhood of gay men who for the most part are NOT sissies. The bartenders at night are as good as they come so don't pay any attention to the crappy reviews that some people have left about the bartenders. But that said, the emphasis in this bar is being a man and liking men. No offense to women by the way but of all the bars to go to this would be the one you might want to avoid out of respect for your gay men friends who like to be around gay men

My husband and I really thrive in the free welding atmosphere of the anvil. We routinely feel welcomed, valued and most importantly we feel appreciated when visiting the anvil. It's one of our favorite places to go out to.

As a straight female, I love coming here and they welcomed me with open arms. My friend and I, have soo much fun we've met a lot of folks here that's so nice and warm.

The bartenders really make this place awesome. They change up the music to suit the crowd. I appreciate their contribution to the community by holding various events. They recently shortened the stage area to make more standing space - it looks great.
