Arizona Sunburst Inn

I just spent 3-5 days there. Their rooms are comfortable, well cleaned and maintained. There is also pool and hot tubs where you can enjoy. The owner tim is very nice, humble & welcoming. My visit was wonderful and fabulous.

I just spent 12 days at the Arizona Sunburst Inn. The owner and proprietor, Tim, was very accommodating and I had a great time. I kept adding days and he helped me out every time. I found the other guests there were very nice and easy to talk to. The room and facility were very clean and kept up well. Tim would get you anything you needed or forgotten. He is the reason that there are so many return guests and why he gets such wonderful people to stay there. I am trying to learn what it's like to travel by myself since my husband passed away and this resort really helped me see I can do this on my own and still have a great time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area. Thank You Tim. |Dennis S.

Tim is amazing. He is a hands-on owner that cares about his guest and it shows. Great quiet location. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Accommodations were comfy, clean, and well kept. We met some wonderful guys from all over the country. Everyone seemed to have a great time. We will definitely be back.

God I truly enjoyed this Bed & Breakfast so peaceful and quiet it was sheer therapy. tucked at the end of a quiet neighbor. Each rental bedroom with a queen size bed has it's own unattached private bathroom. Both rooms are kept locked. Room is good sized with a refrigerator. So relaxing and the other guest were pleasant as well. Fairly large deep swimming pool with an above ground hot tub. Great breakfast available all day that's help yourself so your not restricted to a time window. Snacks available as well such as muffins, cookies and microwave popcorn. Owner Timothy is quite pleasant and keeps everything clean, House stocked with VHS, DVDs and newpapers and magazines of all types and coffee table books. B&B is recommended for gay men. Best of all a lot of restaurants near by and shopping close by. Beautifully landscaped.

I came across this gem searching the Internet and hadn’t heard of it before, it turned out to be a marvellous find and I wish we could have stayed longer. Tim welcomed us in and was a great host, really helpful and friendly. Great location, superb rooms, a wonderful atmosphere, intimate and cozy, clothing optional resort, not too many rooms so we got to know the other guests very quickly and had a really nice stay. Tim pointed us to a great local restaurant in the evening and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. We would love to go back again sometime. Thanks again from Andy and Chris.

The good; owner is very nice and welcoming, likewise with the guests. Shortcomings: 1) smoking is allowed at the pool. Because it is a small outdoor area surrounded by buildings on 3 sides the smoke can be smelled almost anywhere. This limited how much time we spent by the pool. 2) the place was "clean" but needs a deep cleaning.

Excellent hotel. Tim is a kind host getting everything super organized. I like the location of the inn which is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, with nice restaurants nearby. Pool side rooms are nice. Easy drive to nearby places such as downtown, ASU and Papago Park.
