Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought two guests with me and paid over $350 for manicures and pedicures. The gel polish on my hands began peeling the very next day, which is inexcusable for a service at this price point. It was obvious the nail technician lacked proper skill and training. When I returned to have the issue corrected, the front desk staff was shockingly unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and without a single apology for the inconvenience. I left with my nails damaged, brittle, and in worse condition than before. This business is poorly managed, lacks basic customer service, and delivers substandard results. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration…go elsewhere.

If i could rate no stars i would. Not very clean and sanitary. Sunny was great and quick and i hate she has to pay for the mistakes of others but i called the front desk bc i received a gift card and wanted to use it. I called to ask if i could use the gift card there even though it says cowboy frisco she says yes. I come in to use it after my services and she now says you can’t use that here. I even showed her where i. Called her beforehand and she lied and said she told me no. I politely told her she never told me no. Bc why would i still come if you said no? I said I’m willingly to pay the remaining of what’s due bc my gift card has $70. She then states that i need to figure it out. We went back and forth about it and i paid it but i would never go back. Bc the accountability that wasn’t taken is ridiculous. The only reason i came was bc i received a gift card for this place but wouldn’t come back either way

Love it. My daughter had Don who was amazing. I had Seoul and she was so good. I didn't know I needed massage like that until I had it!! 100٪ recommend!!

I’ve been to many nail salons, but this one truly stands out. The staff are super friendly, the place is clean and relaxing, and my nails have never looked better! 💅✨ Highly recommend for anyone who wants beautiful nails and a great experience every time

Let me start by saying that I got an incredible pedicure service. Now, the decor was a little odd, and the service was a little slow to start (15 minute wait with an appointment), but overall, it was a wonderful place.

This place is NOT worth you time or money. I didn’t get my nails done here only came in to remove a gel polish. I had dents on my nail bed from a poor job done that totally ruined my nails. I had experienced poor coloring of the nails but now I will never consider this place again after a simple removing of polish was done so terribly!

These are the worst nails i’ve ever gotten. I’ve been here a total of 3 times. The first time was on a Thursday in March and the girl who did my nails was amazing. The second time i went in was in April on a Monday, all i wanted was short white nails, and they couldn’t even do that. It was so bad that the manager ended up having to fix it. Fast forward to today, i went back hoping that it was just because I went on a slow day, but nope that was not the case. I showed the guy a photo and asked if he could do it and he told me yes, easy. It was just supposed to be black french tip with glitter outline. He was in such a hurry to pick up his kids he not only rushed my nails but he also nicked all of my cuticles to the point it was blessing. It was so bad that a lady had to come fix it and even she didn’t know how to do nails. Then they wanted to charge me $70 for a rushed job. I then asked the manager to remove the nails and she then proceeded to have an attitude and told me he didn’t nick my cuticles and rough handled my hands. Worst experience ever. I highly recommend not going to this place as they obviously do not even know how to do nails and now my nails are badly damaged.
