Customer Reviews
Providence Night Club has a rating of 3.6 out of 5 based on over 425 reviews on Google
Worst door experience I’ve had in a while. The bouncer was straight up rude and acting like he hated his job and everyone in line. No reason for the attitude at all. Then they hit you with the scam pricing — $30 cash but $36 on card just to get in. Like what?? Gets worse inside. $20 for ONE cocktail, and it’s not even anything special. At that point you’re just paying to get disrespected and overcharged all night. Place is more focused on draining your wallet than giving a good time. Bad vibes, bad service, overpriced everything. Would not go back.
Have a karaoke on 2nd floor! ♡ my review is 4 ☆ because the drinks are a little bit expensive. The karaoke doesn't have to pay to use it, but is good give some tips for the DJ (very kind btw). So many options for sing. Only one Brazilian song : ai se eu te pego - Michel Teló.
I loved this place! People are really friendly. The drinks are perfect! You have to go! And it’s a good place to watch games!
This is my second and last time at this location; it’s really not my cup of tea in terms of setup, class, and overall experience. As another reviewer pointed out, the unoccupied VIP section takes up 75% of the space, which makes no sense. Additionally, if you’re uncomfortable being around a rougher , and questionable crowd this isn’t the place for you. I also encountered an aggressive lesbian security guard who claimed to practice "safety" during her "routine" pat-down. However, it felt more sinister than that. I plan to address that situation separately.
Came here for a pre-dinner drink (or three) with a girlfriend on a Tuesday night and had a really nice time. The Women's World Cup was on, yet the place wasn't packed at all! What a pleasant surprise. The bartender was fabulous, making drink recommendations as well as custom drinks for us. She recommended the strawberry basil martini, which was nowhere as sweet as I expected (thank goodness) and quite enjoyable. After that, I asked for something with basil and lavender and she made me an awesome drink with fresh blackberries, lavender bitters, and lemon. The drink was perfectly refreshing and light on a warm evening and I enjoyed it so much I ordered another! The bartender was friendly as were the other patrons. While I've walked by a million times, I was glad I finally stopped to go in this time! My only complaint is the price... It's not necessarily more expensive than anywhere else in the neighborhood, but at $12/cocktail, the price starts to add up when you have more than one. They did seem to have a good beer happy hour, though, so perhaps I'll take that path next time.
The bartender guy on the Second Floor is the most racist bartender that I have ever faced in the City last Saturday night . He didn’t pay attention if I wanted to order a drink. He was not even busy and didn’t wanted to look at me even though I was rasing my hand. At the time he took my order he told the security guy to kick me out of the club for no reason. I will never be back here again. I loved the music, but that kind of service it’s horrible. I’m glad I found another bar down the street where people are nice and no jerks like him.
I went to Providence for my Birthday, and the entire staff (from the moment we got there) made my special day so welcoming and great! Everyone was so kind. From the moment we got there, they were really accommodating and flexible, and made sure that my guests and I had a great night. The vibe and music within the club was a good time as well - I will definitely be going back with my friends! Thank y'all again so much!!!
