I genuinely don’t know how this place is still in business. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by existing. We stood at the host stand for a solid ten minutes while three employees made eye contact with us and then immediately looked away. When we were finally seated, the table was sticky, the menus were greasy, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept since opening day. The drinks were somehow both watered down and overpriced. I ordered a simple cocktail that tasted like juice with a vague memory of alcohol. My friend’s beer arrived warm. When we mentioned it, the bartender shrugged and said, "That’s how it comes." The food was even worse. The "burger" was overcooked, dry, and somehow cold in the center. The fries were limp and tasted like old oil. To top it off, the music was blaring so loudly we couldn’t hear each other, yet the atmosphere was still somehow dead and awkward. The bathroom was out of soap, out of paper towels, and very much in need of attention. Save your time, your money, and your appetite. There are gas stations with better service and ambiance than this place. I won’t be back.

Drinks were good but hard to get. Plastic pint glasses For the loss. We went for one of the football nights so more casual of a night, but one of the servers who came table side told us to close out at the bar before she could help us because the bartenders "get mad at her" if customers don’t. Listen idc if you pool tips or not, why bother coming to the table if you won’t or can’t help us.

Boyfriend got a table here back in November and I finally wanted to write my review after all the videos of anti Bad Bunny for the Super Bowl. The second we got in line, the promoter took my boyfriend in but left me in line to get ID checked. The line was short, but if we’re spending over $2k on a table you don’t leave the group outside to get ID checked but rush the men in. I thought that was super uncalled for not bringing in the group at the same time. Once we got to the table the bench was broke, and I mean in a dangerous way. If you wanted to stand on the bench it would fall in, so I waved down a bouncer and they said they can’t do anything about it? Again, we paid over $2k and you can’t even fix your tables and leave them for people to fall on? Very unprofessional and very grimy.

Club promoter invited my group inside, straight out of our uber, for a free bottle during my bachelorette party. We waited 30 minutes and still no bottle. Eventually they had us leave the table they gave us because someone bought it. We were Never able to get a drink the whole time we were there. Another bachelorette party group were told to leave their table too around the same time as we were.

Your bouncers denied my child entry with a valid ID showing she is over the legal age to be there and after denying her, they proceeded to give back someone else's ID entirely. Seek better help. Get better (qualified) bouncers. Good thing there's other bars who were paid for valuable service. This asinine service will be known publicly.

Great place to party at night. But what you might not know is that some of these venues have a gourmet Chef cooking the food in the kitchen. The food there was amazing.

Always a blast at El Hefe. Awesome music tonight with a mix of EDM and dance pop. Great place for social, cocktails and dancing.
