Phoenix is the nicest and biggest club the SBC offers, with MASSIVE dance floor, multiple floors with a large staff ready to service you with cocktails and a fun SAFE environment. It's a high classy establishment, with a smoke free environment. It has several VIP sections , $200k light and sound to make your experience an unforgettable one. If you are just passing through or visiting Downtown Shreveport for the casinos.. this is not a place you will want to miss out on. Tell them Cody sent ya!

Best club in SBC hands down! They have girls going around with shots of different sizes and will have a separate bar and bathroom upstairs so when it’s crowded downstairs there are options. The upstairs area is so cool- having your own private couch and overlook with amazing lighting is such a vibe. Definitely the best lights in Shreveport.

Last night was my first time going, and the service was horrible, I got a lemon drop drink it was sour and tangy it came out to 15.50, I asked the lady could she make me another drink she said no I had to pay for that one first. My boyfriend found the manager, I told him I was not trying get to get anything free I don’t mind paying for another drink but I didn’t want to pay for the lemon drop. She made me a drink and I paid the lady threw my change on the counter, I said mam can u put it in my hand she told me no I said mam I gave it to u in your hand can u put it back it back in my she was no nasty and rude I threw the change back at her. The owner can screaming and yelling in my face bc he made her make me another drink but I still paid he put us out. I will never go back the customer service was horrible he was horrible and she was horrible. He did not get on his bartender for being rude. On top of that we paid $20 a piece to get in there. If I am paying to get in anywhere I expect to be treated respectfully

Terrible experience. MUST HAVE ALL IDENTIFICATION if you want to get in. Even tho these people are ratchet and have fake ids. Do not recommend. Go to Big Country down the street.

I came here after an event with some of my co-workers. We went a little early (12am). I don’t think people really come out until after 2 am or maybe Fridays may not be the day to go. There was not many people inside, however, it is a very nice club! I can see why there was so much hype about it back in the day! The DJ was jammin! The restrooms were clean and we only paid $10 to get in!

It was okay, sooooo many people. Not enough staff. Drinks are over priced and it was so incredibly hot in there.
