The Wilbury

Came here due to the raving reviews about the food and I must say the Wilbury had me enticed to try it. It was SOOOO disappointing, the low and slow smoked pork was dry and almost tough to chew... nothing about it was juicy.. they're were also no crispy onion strings just one fat onion ring... the cheese fries were decent. Did I eat it, yes, I was starving and it was eatable, but man was that disappointing. The bartenders however were GREAT, Ariel and her counterpart were very friendly and attentive. Place definitely seems like a cool spot to come visit with a group to have drinks and play pool, maybe I'll try the wings next time instead. 🤷🏽‍♂️✌🏽

College bar with lots to do: pool, mini-bowling, darts. Large outdoor patio. Delicious smelling food!

The place is popular, but my not my favorite. Always really busy and clique-y, not a social bar. I’d go with my friends, but I’d rarely meet new people there like other spots in town. Definitely better than the club scene since it’s a more mature crowd, strictly 21+. Kinda slow to get drinks though

Great barteneders they never miss a beat. Buffalo mac and cheese is just SUPER buffalo-y but I guess u get what you pay for haha. Wings are good. Pulled pork mac and cheese is delicious. Gremlinade is a pretty good price for what you pay ($9).

Always stop by The Wilbury when I come back in town. The Wilbury (sandwich) is a must try. Their wings are smoked and flashed fried. Absolutely love this place.

I hope the next time I'm in Tallahassee, whenever that may be, this establishment is still there. The bartenders were very courteous, the price for a beer wasn't outrageous and I definitely ordered some of the best wings I ever had. So much so, I went back the next day just so I can get another order of wings.

The Buffalo Chicken Mac Bowl from The Wilbury is like stepping into a cheesy dream with mac so creamy it feels like a warm hug buffalo chicken smoked by Zeus himself a mysterious white sauce that might just be unicorn tears and green onions for the perfect crunch this dish will have your taste buds throwing a party like they just realized they've been eating sad mac their whole life 10/10 you'll be back faster than you can say I love carbs
