I was so disappointed in this hotel. The room and furniture were well-worn. The toilet had rust stains in it. The mattress was ancient. Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We had to leave and book a room somewhere else. I should have known something was up when the receptionist asked for my husband's ID as well as mine. Avoid at all costs!

My friend and I made a choice to book this area for a hotel room. We had a smooth & friendly check in. We made it to our room 2nd floor room 200. At this look through We both noticed hair in bathtub, the furniture and chairs are in very bad shape. The toilet was very unstable. Both beds are in very bad shape sway down mattresses. Tv remote was NOT in the room had to call front disk, we got the remote an the batteries fell out .. lol.. cause the back of the remote was missing. Tables are in terrible shape. Chairs looked like mice are eating tops and side of them. Chunks of missing wood. The walls looked dirty and alot of dry wall big patches. The bath tub was nasty looking with a rusted drain cover. Just not up to healthy standards. We left to try an book another room, but was unsuccessful. We went back to our room 2nd floor room 200. We both did not take a shower do to discussing bathroom we left early, as I reached for the lock on top of the door a medium small Roach crawled out of the top left of door panel and scared us both, then of course the Roach crawled back down in the Crack of door panel. Omg. Would love my money back Hopefully this hotel gets a safety check along with a mager work done with new furniture.

Positive: the front desk, has excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Negative: Lack of staff, and management was informed of a room that had cockroaches, and i was put in it cause my room I reserved was not ready

I stayed at this motel for a quick overnight stop, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by a pervasive smoke odor throughout the room. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the smell was strong enough to be noticeable the moment I walked in. Given the time of night we checked in which was 11:45 pm it didn't warrant for me to make any excuses and suck up with the smoke smell, although within 15 mins of being in the property my clothes smelled of smoke and had I stayed there with my family over night i would have easily smoked 1 pack of cigarette passively. After staying the room for 30 mins i decided not the stay at the property any longer with my family. I'm sorry to say but, I would not recommend this property to any body.

The old lady at the front desk is nosey, and ABSOLUTELY WILL disclose private info without permission. I had to stay here for a month to attend school, NOT ONCE did my room get cleaned, even when I requested it and stripped my bed and dumped the dirty linens at the desk. I had to do my own trash, change my own sheets, it's the worst service I've ever experienced. Yes, there are roaches, I had 2 in my bathroom over the length of my stay. The only 2 good things about my stay, was the really good 24/7 coffee in the lobby, and the two sweet girls on night shift front desk staff, MELISSA and ASHLEY. They made the whole stay bearable. Just super friendly, helpful, I actually looked forward to their smiling cheerful faces every morning. But then Virginia (the old bat on day shift,) and the lazy housekeeper Misty, they act like it's their mission to make it as difficult and unpleasant as possible. I even nicknamed Virginia "vergina" bc that's EXACTLY what she acted like!! STAY HERE ONLY IF NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

I tend to expect a cheap hotel to be run down but in addition to that I dont think the bathroom was cleaned. Hair everywhere. Plus without a filter/drain in the shower it was slow to drain and hard to keep hair out of it. I am on day 1 of a 7 day trip and unsure if I will choose quality inn again unless the rate is lower. I booked at $79 (I think)and see it was down to $53 which would have been worth it. The front desk lady was nice.i have a feeling the issue is with management not the eployees based on how neglected it is.

My initial impression of this hotel was truly horrific. My son, my nephew, and I—both boys are only 14 years old—were planning to stay for eight days. Upon our arrival, two women, who I believe were staff members from the cleaning team, were smoking cigarettes directly in front of the main entrance. Already upset from the stress of moving, I voiced my concern, asking if they should be smoking right by the doors, mentioning that you never know other people's health conditions. One staff member seemed to take offense to my comment, but it’s the truth—this is a business, and professionalism should be represented. Given the hotel's long walkway, they could have easily moved away from the entrance instead of standing directly in front of the door. The second incident occurred during check-in. The front desk agent needed my physical ID. My uncle had already reserved the room and put my ID on file, and I had also spoken with the agent over the phone earlier. I tried to explain that all my belongings were packed tightly in my small car, and I would have to unpack everything in the parking lot to find my ID. I assured her I had it with me and asked if I could go upstairs first to unpack properly. She abruptly refused, demanding the ID immediately. She would not even accept a picture of my ID on my phone. This forced me to unpack all my items onto the ground in the parking lot, which I found unsanitary and unnecessary. The third issue was being accused of having an animal because I had an empty tank in the room. When questioned about the tank's purpose, I felt my property was being scrutinized. There was no animal in the room. Furthermore, the room itself was a mess. There was a powdery substance all over the couch (presumably the pullout bed), something in the microwave, disgusting-looking sheets and beds, and towels that were haphazardly put away. The overall smell of the hotel was highly unpleasant. The "quality" advertised was certainly not present. Ultimately, they knocked on my door and told me I had to leave because they made assumptions and claimed I had a "bad attitude." I tried to explain that I was not in the greatest mindset, having lost my son just 2-3 days prior to arriving, but there was zero empathy or sympathy. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would advise against staying at this hotel; it is a waste of money and a hazard to both mental and physical health. A business should prioritize professionalism and ensure work is done correctly, but realizing important paying clients.
