Start with good. The rooms were clean, fridge was very cold, AC worked well, had microwave and coffee maker. So, decent room to stay in. Mediocre. It’s a 20 min walk to entrance of Disneyland. Bad. Staff is rude! A $10 a day parking fee was added, staff showed me the very fine print on Booking. I questioned the fee and they showed me where it’s buried deep on booking site where it’s required. I asked for a receipt for the parking, was given a real hard time to get it. So, clean rooms, rude staff and long walk to Disneyland.
The location is convenient for walking to Disneyland. The parking was great. The service was great. The parking spot is right outside the door. The room did not have bugs on the floor or bed. The cleaning was okay as there were things that could use scrubbing. If you are looking for a place to park all day for Disneyland and take a nap with your kids this is perfect. For overnight stays the noise level and parking were good for us but there are bums around Disneyland walking around so just be aware that it is not a hotel thing. The only upgrade for me to come again is the bed is way too hard for me to sleep comfortably.
price was fair gentlemen at the front took great care of us he upgraded our room free of charge. this location is about 20 mins walking from disney so it’s within reason. rooms could use a little bit more decor. rooms felt empty compared to comptetitors otherwise stay was great!
This place has bed bugs and was extremely dirty and run down. Wife and I chose to stay here because it had seemingly good reviews, was clean, affordable, and close to Disneyland. Front desk guy was nice to us at first and accommodating, but the rooms were disgusting. Seats had stains on them, sheets were dirty. The sink in the bathroom was separating from the wall. Long story short, we got a bad feeling and so we checked the sheets. Lo and behold there were bed bugs. Thank god we didn’t spend the night there, but it was disturbing that when we brought this up to the manager he confessed he knows about the problem…He stated the "manager" (I assume the owner?) would check it out in the morning and let us know if they can refund it. They did end up refunding the stay, but it almost ruined our Disneyland trip as we had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. Oh apparently bed bugs are a big problem with the hotels around Disneyland so watch out…Only place that didn’t seem to have one based on reviews was the Sheraton so we booked that one instead and had a great stay there.
Amazing service and location. Many thanks to the staff who were so helpful. We were able to get into the room early after arriving via international flight, and they helped my family who were stuck due to traffic, helped to look after our bags even after check out. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location is good for walking to Disneyland, with a convenience store and starbucks just 1 minute walk down the road. We will be coming here every time, and telling any friends and family to stay here.
Checked in as a last minute reservation and it was one of the cheaper options, so didn’t expect much. However, this room was disgusting in so many ways. Immediately upon entering, I had to kill several bugs, including some moths which had clearly been in the room a while based on the pillowcases. Both of the beds had significant yellow staining to the sheets, and both pillows were very stained. I actually slept fully clothed because of how gross it felt. The towels were unusable due to clearly not being washed as they were covered in dirt and makeup. The shower itself was dirty and covered in a thick layer of limescale. The fridge was also filthy and had a sticky substance in the bottom of it. The safe was missing the door so wasn’t usable. The flooring areas were also filthy and covered with dirt and dust. When we reported all of this to the hotel, they did not want to know and were very unbothered. We had booked through a third party and the property has refused to answer our complaint. The parking which was advertised as free was actually $10. It was, by far, the worst room I’ve ever had to stay in. I wish I had slept in the car instead.
The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff, very friendly On the weekends you get a perfect view of the Disney fireworks. Location is walking distance to Disney and the Convention Center. There are many restaurants walking distance too.
