Hyatt Place Ann Arbor

Shae who works are the front desk was wonderful. She came to the room and helped up get the TV up and running I couldn't have done without her. I give SHAE 10 stars not 5. Shae will be an RN soon I wish her her the best she will be a great nurse. I know what It takes to be a great nurse I was the IV hospital rep for 33 yrs and have dealt with all kinds of helthcare professional from those who are great to those who don't care about patients or patient outcomes at all. Shae will be great. Also she loved my service dog Gus a 150lb Black Russian Terrier, they are guard dogs through and through, but Gus loved her so if she's Gussy approved she's got to be great.

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Place in Ann Arbor! Beautiful property, lovely staff as well. I met a front desk agent by the name of Kay! She was so kind, knowledgeable, caring, and funny! She welcomed us with open arms as if she was welcoming us into her home! Very pleasant young lady and we will be back! Thank you!!

Positive: Overall the hotel is nice. Negative: I booked a two king room. They gave us a 1 and I had kids sleeping in the floor.

I stayed here for three days during Christmas, and it is the cleanest hotel in the surrounding area. They take pride in their attention to detail, and it shows the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exquisite and different every day.

Overall this was a good experience. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was great at check in and providing us with some local recommendations. If I'm in the area, I would stay here again. Definitely value for money here and it was clean which is most important to us!

I stay at hotels of this variety a lot for travel hockey for my kids. The Hyatt place in Ann Arbor is top notch. Clean and comfortable accommodations, the free breakfast is above and beyond any, and the open social area and hotel bar is very welcoming. It is the perfect setup. The staff here does a great job. I highly recommend staying here.
