Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel. The property was well kept and comfortable. The bar staff did a solid job with our party of 15-20 people. By far the highlight of my stay, though, was D’uante at the front desk. He went above and beyond to take care of us from start to finish and made the entire experience seamless. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly stood out and as a result I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

For a Sheraton it was subpar. Club Lounge was closed Fri, Sat, Sun so we couldn’t even get water. The bed caved in towards the middle and was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping only came once and didn’t replace all our towels so we were short the next day. I would have expected better amenities for a Sheraton, like shower cap and cotton/swabs. There are so many other hotel choices in this little area. I would pick somewhere else.

Positive: This is hotel is very nice, has a nice bar, good breakfast, nice rooms, nice pool, and a great location to UMICH. Negative: It was not that bad. The hotel does not have ice machines, but made up for it by having ice bags available at the front desk. Nice save Sheraton Staff.

The room was dirty when I arrived, hair in the shower, crumbs on the counter by the coffee pot, and the heat vents were so dusty. The heat is impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature, when you turn it down it kicks on the AC, not helpful in January. The shower was out of body wash, while the staff were able to locate some, it should have been replaced prior to check in. The pool is freezing cold. When I checked out I informed the gentleman at the front desk of these issues but he seemed unconcerned that I was dissatisfied.

Quite possibly one of the worst hotel stays of my entire life while on business travel. It is clear they are catering to drunken football fans. The lack of attention to business needs is beyond annoying. The internet is constantly dropping out. Room service is abysmal. It's brought in a to-go container with plastic cutlery. My cutlery package had been opened already and only had a spoon, knife and napkin. I had to wait for them to bring me a plastic fork before I could eat my dried out chicken dinner.. I paid $50 for my meal with delivery charges and tip and I get to eat it with plastic. Lovely. On top of that the meal description stated Glazed Dutch carrots. Instead I got steamed baby broccoli. So disappointing and pathetic

The place is beautiful, everyone is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean, very clean. The housekeepers are doing an excellent job. Had a great stay, thank you

Our favorite Hotel in Ann Arbor. Very comfortable bedding, very nice bathroom and shower. Great food and bar.
