Weber's Boutique Hotel

Our stay was Wednesday through Sunday. Room service was amazing. Customer service was good. I even lucked up and found great parking. The only issue with the room itself was climate control. There was no heat; and only cold air blew from the unit. A manager came to the room, immediately, and tried to remedy the situation by replacing batteries in the thermostat. The problem was solved for about fifteen minutes but the air returned to cold. We tolerated by lounging in the bedroom, which was much warmer. Otherwise, our stay was memorable. We will be back (when it's warmer).

We checked in with the sweetest staff! Friendly and very helpful, as we were looking for an easy access handicap room. The restaurant opened for dinner at 4:00 sharp. If you are a beef eater, definitely get the Prime Rib! You won’t be disappointed. Our server was Jake, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the spot on service. Jake, you’re a great guy! We attended the New Years Eve event. This was our return (second time) after trying other venues the past two years. The staff and customer service once again went( what's now considered above and beyond) to make this event outstanding. Whomever is in charge of the customer service training and staffing made this event special. The model used to assure customer satisfaction should be adopted by all organizations! One minor suggestion...more side varieties for the dinner . Not everyone likes asparagus and (some) more well done prime rib. The band was awesome as we're available bar stations!

Loved coming for a day getaway to warm up in the hot tub and sauna and pool! Dinner was amazing! I had the 🦞 lobster! Delicious! Service was excellent! Room on the 4th floor was beautiful the bed was so comfortable!Highly recommend!

We are so happy we chose Weber's for our wedding — it was truly everything we hoped for and more! The Atrium Room was such a vibe!! The outside patio was so fun!! Everything about the space was so great. The Weber's team is like a well oiled machine. Everything from start to finish ran very smooth. Kati is amazing and helped make our day so good. The food---OMG! We were told by most guest our food was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. And the cake---we did not even get any because it went so fast that our guest ate it up! One of the things we loved most was how thoughtful and organized the venue staff were on the day of. They made it easy. This is also a beautiful hotel; we and our guest loved staying here:) Highly recommend!

Our birthday dinner at Webers was amazing! Even a birthday card on the table when we got there! The food was scrumptious and our food assistant Kelly was top notch. Haven’t stopped talking about what a wonderful experience we had all night yesterday and all day today. Can’t wait to go back!

I don’t flippantly hand out 5 stars, but this one deserved it. Rooms were very nice. Bathroom showers were that of a spa. Bathroom included a bidet which I didn’t try so I can’t speak to that, but the heated seat was a nice touch. The restaurant was great. Prime rib and loaded baked potato were very good and the service was fantastic. The latte was also very tasty. Snowball dessert was delicious. Nice job!!
