Customer Reviews
Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 23612 reviews on Google
I will start by saying that no one gets a 1 star review because everyone is entitled to an off day. With that being said, upon check in we found our room to be questionably clean, and though i paid and requested a non smoking room... It Clearly was not. Our happy hour experience at the rotating bar was delightful and the bar staff gets 10's ( Or 5 Stars). Our overpriced dinner at Jerry Longo's was Applebees level at a Ruth Chris Price. We were handed off to 3 different servers and surprisingly we had to wait too long at every moment we were in the restaurant. The carbonara tasted like it was from a jar and pancetta was more like bacon bits. I would have voiced this if anyone even asked about how our experience was going this evening. No concern at all. At this point we have succumbed to the fact that ballys was just not going to get better.... Then we had breakfast at the Market restaurant, 70 dollars for breakfast for 2??? The sausage AND the home fries were clearly cooked the night before and reheated as they were both cool to the touch. Time to check out and think about my $800 waste of a night in Atlantic City
My time here was amazing. My host, Jackie Watson, is great. She took great care of us and we will be going back soon. If you need anything, she is the person to ask for at the front desk. The view from our room was beautiful. We appreciate everything.
We had a great stay at Bally’s. From check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful across the board, the room was spotless and way better than expected, and the casino floor had a great energy. We also walked away winning money, which never hurts. Overall, an excellent experience and we already book a stay for Valentines Day!
I've read reviews after I booked my room. Good thing I only stayed to shower and sleep for a few hours. I couldn't stay here for more than a night. Check-in was super fast. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the area. There's a lovely bar located right across the front desk, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There was a little bit of a weight for the elevators, but not that big of a deal. You have to scan your room card for the elevator to work. That's a plus. The hallway on my particular floor had tape on it and that was a turn off. The room was dated. The table in the room where one would usually eat something had crumbs stuck in the crevices. See pics. I slept well. The shower water pressure was average. The toiletries they provide was average. They provided a large amount of towels and that was good. The bed was comfortable. My view was horrible. When I come to Atlantic City again, I will never stay at Bally's. Security in the lobby were all friendly people. Parking was great. For $10 a night, you can't beat that compared to other hotels in AC.
This hotel gets zero stars around the board. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Rooms & Customer Service This was my first time ever staying at the Bally Hotel, and unfortunately it will be my last. The experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering I was traveling with my children. We were initially placed in a room that was absolutely disgusting. The lighting was extremely old and very dark, making the room feel unsafe and unwelcoming. It honestly reminded me of a Motel 6 horror movie. My children were so uncomfortable that they wouldn’t even sit on the bed. The hallways on that side of the hotel were just as bad—nasty, dark, gloomy, and poorly maintained. I called customer service to express my concerns, and the response was shocking. I was told, "Oh, that’s where you booked." Mind you, this was my first time ever booking or staying at this hotel, so I had no idea there were "different sides" of the hotel with drastically different conditions. No effort was made to help or explain anything further. I went downstairs to speak to someone in person, hoping for better assistance, but the response was the same. They acted as if changing my room was not an option. When I asked to speak to a manager, another employee—Wesley—stepped in and thankfully helped us find a room on the renovated side of the hotel. While this second room was much better than the first, it was still far from acceptable. It was not an upgrade, and cleanliness was still an issue. There was visible dirt and debris in the shower door tracks, dust all over the baseboards, and the wall behind the refrigerator had clearly never been wiped or cleaned. At the very least, this room allowed my family to sleep, but we were still not completely satisfied. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, misleading room conditions, and poor customer service made this stay unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Bally Hotel seriously needs to address their room standards and how their staff handles guest concerns.
I have never stayed at Bally‘s in Atlantic City before. I called there to get show tickets and a host from Bally’s by the name of Johnny. Luis contacted me and my experience started from there. I was met with exceptional service, guidance and was treated like an absolute princess. They gave me the most beautiful outstanding room with amazing views. I was invited to the Best steakhouse it was the prime steakhouse that’s brand new and absolutely delicious. I also got access to the lounge which is which was an exceptional experience with beautiful views and great food and drinks. The one on one hospitality and VIP experience was beyond exceptional. Also, the valet parking was wonderful. The only problem I had with that was they didn’t have valet parking on Sunday or Monday. I really did not like their South Park garage. It was very inconvenient but what can you do not everything is perfect. There is a little bit of unwanted element visiting the place, but there is a large amount of security on site it was extremely safe to be there. The room was exceptionally clean and the service was beyond exceptional.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Enjoyed this Bally's getaway. (We moved from a suite at Hard Rock -due to too many unresolved issues) Only recommend booking the newly renovated Bally's rooms. (Initial room they placed us in looked like 1975 Era). We insisted on the ones we saw online, they immediately accommodated us. Casino workers were quite pleasant and they remember your name too! Enjoyed our stay!
