Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bakersfield Airport by IHG

We enjoyed our extended stay. Dorothy was helpful, courteous and welcoming as our stay was longer than anticipated due to a vehicle repair. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were great. Delia was gracious and cheery as she checked the food offerings for the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express/Airport in Bakersfield, CA We enjoyed the Riverwalk and shopping outlets. Champ’s nearby for barbecue and Mohya Cafe for tea and sweets.

We were doing quick stay and it was perfect for what we needed with a family of 6. Loved that we could all fit in one room. It was clean, and the staff were very helpful. Loved that it had a warm breakfast since my husband can’t have breads. There was egg and sausage available. Something for everyone really. Over all it was perfect for us.

Rooms were nice & clean. Breakfast was fresh. Staff was professional. ILENE was great, went above and beyond for my family. Great customer service. Will consider this location in near future.

I just have to say that there was a bit of a frustrating misunderstanding with the reservation and the credit cards. I was upset but Rodrigo kept working to resolve it. I would like to issue an apology, it was a long drive, but ultimately he got it fixed and we got to stay. Nice room and we are looking forward to the free breakfast and the location is great, right off the highway.

Stayed here a few times and will never choose another place on my visits to Bakersfield. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and one of the few spots you actually feel safe in there.

Quiet and spacious room. However, IHG really needs to revamp their WiFi as it’s not as robust as their competitors unfortunately. Internet speeds are slow with unstable connections, no matter what devices.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and will stay here again. This is a quiet hotel, with everything one needs, with a microwave and fridge in the hotel room. The hotel was clean and attractive, both inside and out. The grounds are carefully groomed. There is a clean fitness room. I received a call from the front desk shortly after I checked into my room to make sure everything was alright with the room. The price was also very reasonable. I especially appreciated the very well-insulated room. This was a busy hotel, but I never heard any people in or out of the building.
