Hourglass Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We had a Jr. Convention this week and stayed two nights at this hotel. We had a great stay without any issues. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I wish they had a full continental breakfast but they did have hot food options.

Positive: Quiet hotel, pool, spa, coffee machine ground fresh on the spot for free daily. Staff (mostly).Bed was comfy, room was clean, no smell or must in the rooms. Clean sheets, nice tv with media casting from phone was nice also. EV charge level two on site. Negative: Staff was nice for the most part, one girl at the desk at one visit was a dodo. Others at other times were nice.A positive: Tesla charger within walking distance.

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. And there is a fabulous pool! Highly recommend, even if the check in experience was bad.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and the option to cast from your phone to the TV is a great plus! The bathroom is a bit small, but overall the room is pleasant. However, the breakfast was quite basic — just oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, and juice. We expected a bit more based on the description. The pool looks nice, even though we didn’t get the chance to try it. Close to a Tesla Supercharger +++

my family and I stayed in a suite for two weeks as our home was flooded by the water heater. I want to personally thank the management and staff for a great experience. From the house cleaning to the crystal clear jacuzzi and pool. To the fresh coffee fruit, yogurt and pasties made our mornings start to a good day. Thank you again for an excellent experience during our time in need,

Our room had a bath , but no shower, unbeknownst to us upon entering. The room was divided into the bedroom and living room. The HVAC did not work in the living room. No extra blanket. Breakfast was decent and staff was nice.

Nice big room! It was your average hotel experience. The set up of the complex was a bit weird but that didn’t bother me. One thing was that there weren’t any tables for breakfast which sucked but otherwise it was a nice place with clean rooms and a fair price! I’d go back for sure.
