Bally's Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel

The hotel was accommodating, friendly and very central. I visited for the Louisiana Marathon and we found the combination of hotel, restaurant, bar and casino very intriguing. We arrived by bus and took an Uber from Greyhound terminal which was less than 10 dollars. I'd say for both New Orleans and Baton Rouge, not having a car is certainly an advantage. Over all, a very pleasant experience and made our stay in Baton Rouge a real treat. We will definitely be back.

Service was okay overall. Staff were friendly and polite, but not always helpful. Upon arrival, we tipped the valet well right away, but he didn’t open the door or assist with getting our heavy bags out of the truck, even though we were clearly struggling. Thankfully, another staff member brought a luggage cart and was extremely helpful and kind. The main staff was pleasant, but my interaction with the morning staff wasn’t as favorable. We requested extra towels and they were never delivered. Hours later, we were told we needed to come get them ourselves. Overall, not a bad stay for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Came through when traveling and thought to stop here. The parking was a little weird getting to it. But the staff was very helpful and nice. We were there at 12am and they were smiling and quick to answer any question I had. Did not stay in a room as it was a Saturday night it was almost 400 for the night. But we did enjoy the casino!

Definitely a nice casino. Everything was new. Bright lights. Food carts had good food. You get that Southern hospitality and hopefully you have a good time. Don't go there to win. Go to how to play and have a good time

Stayed here for our 29th Anniversary. Rooms are great, staff is professional and the price of dining is phenomenal. They also run a shuttle between Ballys and the Queen. Great weekend experience. Very memorable!!!

We ONLY usually stay in legit 5 star hotels when we travel which is very often. However, we did not manage to find a 5 star hotel in Baton Rouge so we stayed here. My wife and I are fortunate we stayed. It was really so nice and very, very comfy. All of the staff were tremendous. I'll try it very hard to think of a complaint but I cannot think of any. Thanks so much Bally's and the family!!

I’ve been to many places that have casinos is the past and have always said that Cherokee, NC has the worst casinos. That distinction had now been changed. The gambling experience here at Ballys now is the worst ever. The gambling money was gone the fastest I’ve ever experienced. So fast in fact that it wasn’t fun for even a minute. I wasn’t expecting much. But this was just terrible.
