The hotel and rooms are great for the price point. The hotel is older, though it is renovated and clean. The breakfast selection was nice. There’s a decent fitness center (no weights, only aerobic machines). My car was safe in the parking lot. The only issue I had was the air conditioner in the room was really loud. I should have requested to get it repaired.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times over the past 10 years - after this stay in December 2025 we will stay elsewhere!! The staff stated that the facility was under renovation. How can every room (as we were informed) not have a desk (nowhere to work), not have a chest of drawers (no place to store clothing), no closet doors (everything out in the open), etc?? The photos on their webpage are beautiful - how disappointing and misleading in regard to the reality you deal with upon arrival!! To have to literally live out of your suitcase over a 6 day period is grossly unacceptable! Be advised - the beautiful rooms on their webpage are a farce!! Beware!!!

Positive: Location. Negative: Overall the hotel was fine. It didn't really feel like a 3 star hotel.

We were so unhappy with our stay here that we shortened it and went to a different hotel in the area. Our room was lacking a desk, even though it was obvious that one had formerly been there and was removed. The clerk at reception claimed that the hotel was so busy that no other room was available for me with a desk. Really? Meanwhile, the room we had (which seemed pretty standard for a King room) was poorly designed. The vanity is small, the bathroom is so small that you need to manipulate your body around the toilet just to close the bathroom door! The breakfast food is so-so, with fake scrambled eggs that are just horrible. And finally, the lobby music is played on an obviously broken speaker that creates constant static. Annoying!

if I could, I would give them zero stars. Yesterday I took my children to the park and spent the day with them only to come back to my hotel room of being completely robbed on all my things by a certain housekeeper. Her excuse is that someone who doesn’t even stay in my room or have a name to my room told her to donate all my things to a church.. which is not true because I was standing right beside them when she was talking to them making sure she understood not to go in my room. As soon as I mentioned, the police were on the way, she all of a sudden knew where my stuff was, but keeps my son‘s clothes all My new toiletries my perfume, my candles, my AirPods, my beats solo headphones All my food that i just bought for my son etc. I do not recommend staying here if staff is just gonna steal while people are gone. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be pressing charges.

I found dried fecal matter on the back of the restroom doors ( if the room was properly cleaned, how could that be missed)The front desk did well with customer service. We switched rooms and were given enough points to put towards a free room another time. When we were leaving and shaking out the bed, I found mildew or mold or bed bug poop on the end corners of one the comforters. The hotel had water damaged ceiling in the restrooms, smudges on walls and art, and was dank and out dated. We paid around 220 for a double bed room. Housekeeping is careless, but all problems trickle from the top, which is management not doing it’s job. Sanitation issues are not safe, especially if you are visiting with small children. The hotels gives overpriced dirty motel.

The floor in the room was filthy. After coming out of the shower the first night I picked up dirt and hair on my feet. I complained to management the next morning and requested that the floor be cleaned and wet mopped. The second night the floor was cleaner, but I still picked up dirt on my feet. Also, on the second night we noticed that the bed sheets and a washcloth were stained with blood. In addition, on the morning prior to check out there was a band aide stuck to the floor of the elevator.
