L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge

Food at 2 different events I’ve attended has been excellent. The facility is a great place to have meetings. Other than the freezing cold rooms, conference, hallways and hotel rooms, the building itself is easy to get around and parking places for hotel is great. Bring a coat, gloves and/or blankets if you are a cold person to be comfortable.

This hotel and casino are fun and the amenities are great too. The sports book has everything a sports better would want. Huge screens a bar, $5 blackjack tables during peak hours and the food is very good too. The Steakhouse is absolutely delicious and very quiet and elegant. My husband also enjoys the poker room. It’s just a great place to get away and have some fun.

Great event! I received an invitation to attend the New Year's Eve celebration at L'Auberge Casino in Baton Rouge. I attended the dinner and the brunch and also booked a room, through my host. The dinner and brunch was excellent. The casino had a live band, champagne and party favors for the New Year's celebration. Great experience! The room was comfortable and I reserved a two queen bed room. I can't wait till next year! Love, Love, Love!

The casino staff at tables are great. The hotel is comfortable and nice. However the ‘host’ either have hands tied or are incompetent. I play black and purple chips per hand in blackjack. They have a new years event annually and only allowed to give two tickets . That’s fine that’s rules but then I try to book just bring my guest upstairs to VIP bar and they only allow two. The older host years back covered any and everything. They have gotten cheap and losing their good staff prob to newer casinos here now. I loathe its the closer casino to my house. Better service at gas stations

I stay at the hotel frequently for the convenience of the casino. I noticed the last several times I’m there someone rings the doorbell to the room between 8:30-9am every time. I realize it’s housekeeping alerting people it’s "Almost" check out time, which is at 11am. I brought it to guest service attention and nothing came from because it happened again 2/2/2026. I’m sure the purpose is to get a head start cleaning the rooms but it’s very unprofessional & annoying not to mention waking someone up that’s on a getaway. Other than that the hotel is decent.

We were so pleased with our stay at L’Auberge. One of the best hotel stays/experiences. The room was spacious and VERY clean, and the check out process was quick and easy.

Mark at the casino cashiers desk is a complete jerk! What a poor attitude! He hates his job & its apparent in his tone. My PIN only would work one time in machine, then it'd say "invalid pin". There was no one in line & I simply asked him to reset my PIN. He said "I can tell you why it does that!" I said oh, why? He said, "I'd rather not say" & laughed. As if calling me stupid. My husband had same issue & said he was completely inappropriate with his attitude. This is the 2nd time I've went to this casino (i thought 1st day he just had a bad day) , but nope...he hates his job & people. Very unpleasant experience all because of this man.
