OYO Hotel Baton Rouge East I-12 Louisiana

My husband and I had a last minute stay at the motel and had the most horrible experience. After having to change rooms due to illegal drug paraphernalia/used syringes found, we cleaned the whole room because it was filthy, had to put our own pillows and comforter on the bed not having our own sheets though, killed 6 roaches. Then not wanting to to or feeling completely comfortable to, but to tired to not. We went to lay down and lo and behold a used syringe stabs my husband in the arm. We immediately packed up our luggage and went to the front desk. The clerk refunded our $50 and told us that the owner refused to talk to us or give contact information or an apology anything. Very unprofessional and rude.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No security in parking lot. My truck was broken into and I had personal belongings stolen

The room we stayed in was the cleanest we have ever seen their rooms. At that location. I couldn't believe it. I just really don't like the location. There's people hanging out , trying to break into cars. The service was pretty good tho.

These are the most disguising rooms in the United States, never have I ever saw someone bringing a raccoon in a hotel room but that explains why these rooms are bedbug infested yes expect to be biting. I will never put my hard earned money towards something like this ever again! Nothing is upgraded but they want an arm & a leg to stay in the trenches. If I wanted to live outside I would have but either way staying in these rooms you will get the full outdoor experience.

The rooms had a moldy smell to it. The sheets and pillow cases were dingy and dirty. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. The pillows was not comfortable. I would not recommend staying here not even for one night.

The first room we got the sheets were stained and looked like they were peed on. The room smelled like weed. The shower curtain rod was falling off so went to the office they gave me another room which was a lil better than the first but still nasty. The sheets had cigarette burns on them and the shower curtain rod was falling off. Will not come back to this place ever. Good thing we had comforters and blankets cause that’s what we slept on. Didn’t want to touch the sheets so we put our comforters on the bed and covered ourselves with our own blankets
