La Residence Suite Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at La Residence Suite Hotel. The location is in a quiet area of Bellevue but close enough to downtown Seattle to drive or grab an Uber. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Bellevue. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well-maintained and have a kitchen fully equipped with utensils. There's also a laundry room and gym. The kitchenette jn the lobby is always stocked with fruit, coffee and condiments and in the morning they have muffins, bagels, cereal etc. Larry and the team were so friendly and Peanut the hotel cat was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Staff is super nice. Location is great. Building is dated, but it appears to be getting updates/investment which is a good sign! The included breakfast isn't anything special, but it does have a wide selection of options that get the job done. All in all, I would've gone with 4 stars, but I just realized it is rated as a 2 star hotel (not a 3 star). Considering that, I think this place outperforms any 2 star hotel I've ever experienced. Hence, the five star rating.

Our stay at La Residence Suites Hotel was nothing short of AMAZING! We booked this hotel for our wedding block, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our guests, making the experience truly special. Check-in was a breeze, even though we arrived late at night.||||While the building has a more vintage look, the suites are incredibly spacious, and some of our guests got renovated rooms that were spotless and modern. The atmosphere is so COZY, with classic board games available for guests to enjoy. The kitchen in the suites is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some!||||The location is unbeatable—right across from Bellevue Square and Bellevue Downtown Park, with the Bellevue Electric Shuttle stopping nearby. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet at night.||||As cat lovers, we were delighted by the charming cat that added a nice touch to our stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, too. Although it only had snacks and pastries, the variety was good, and the quality was excellent. The cinnamon rolls and scones were personal favorites!||||To top it off, free parking was a huge plus, especially since most parking in Bellevue comes with a fee. We truly appreciated EVERYTHING about our stay and highly recommend La Residence Suites Hotel!

It is converted from an apartment. The room is spacious however facility is a little bit outdated

The suite rooms sizes are great. The smell of old wood in the rooms, carpets in corridor needs more fresh air, air freshners. We had to move out after a day. Location and convenience is great.

The bed was pretty hard and my room was right above dumpsters and garbage service woke me up at 4:45am. Thin walls could hear noise from other rooms.

Great hotel to stay at with a toddler! Separate living area, full kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove, plates and utensils), dining table, TV area with couches and extra blanket, very clean. We felt at home. We did use a sound machine to fall asleep; if you’re bothered by car noise, bring ear plugs because we heard plenty of sport cars driving by. Rooms not soundproof, but still quiet. My other suggestion would be to dust the couches, something set off my allergies.
