The room was immaculate , bed was amazing, service was wonderful, price wonderful! the shuttle driver was hilarious and very personable! love the option to leave vehicles there when flying instead of of pricey airport fees! love this place AMAZING 🤩 thank you 🙏

Positive: The reviews did not match the hotel I didn't see anything bad that was in the reviews. There was a sign on the counter regarding the pool and spa temperatures. Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Negative: Nothing

Really glad I tried this place. We stayed here on two different occasions in October. It is great for airport travel as the drive is like 5 minutes away. The shuttle service is very reliable either mid day or late at night. The pool and hot tubs (there are two) looked great. The only reason we didn’t use them was because of our travel time did not allow for the opportunity to enjoy them but we were prepared to…just too tied. The staff is great and everything is clean. We parked our car there for 5 days for the small fee of $40 plus a one night stay on only one leg of the trip. Much more affordable and safer than the longterm parking at the airport. Plus we were late arrivals and didn’t want to drive 2 hours at night to get home after traveling all day. Give this family owned hotel a try! Anything to step away from the corporate monster chains is good for the local economy and good for the USA 🇺🇸

Our room was clean and beds super comfy. The location was great for moving around the city. It is located near two busy streets but that was more of a plus than drawback. Breakfast was super - pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage plus fruit coffee and more. Staff were very friendly and helped out with recommendations for food and attractions. Overall a great value.

Very nice hotel and very clean! The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The shower/tub combination and large vanity were nice. Our room was spacious and the carpet was clean. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit. The breakfast was fine. The mini fridge was very small and I could hear some road noise in the early morning. .

It was a fantastic location for us. The rooms were fairly clean and we'll maintained. They really shined in the service over breakfast and during check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Didn't even stay here, as I unexpectedly had to cancel my trip due to the wedding I was going to being called off. When I went to cancel the booking, I realised I'd booked the non-refundable by accident, an option which is not terribly common (I looked at ~40 other Billings-area hotels, and only ~10 offered it, and none were as expensive as Boothill). Now, the policy is the hotel's, not Booking.com's, as one other time due to injury, I had to cancel a hotel with a non-refundable rate (it was literally the only hotel in the area, so I didn't have a choice); that hotel refunded me without issue. Boothill was not easy to talk to and literally gave me the runaround, as they told me it's Booking.com's policy, which isn't true, as Booking.com said it's up the hotel, and even gives customers an option to request a refund anyway (request emphatically denied by the hotel, but they told me to stay here if I'm ever in the Billings area-the cheek!) I wouldn't ever stay here, and I'd warn others to stay away since you're essentially dealing with a bunch of crooks who had no problem taking $300 from this poor sod who accidentally booked the wrong rate. Cheers to the lad who tried to help me first time I called though couldn’t, but a lady who was a manager later had a real "gotcha!" attitude about her. Boothill, I know you're reading this: please stop offering non-refundable rates. My friend that booked via phone call was not offered a non-refundable rate and only paid maybe ~$10 more for the refundable. The difference of $10 cost me $300, since the hotel staff told me they offer it at a lower rate (literally, but not substantially as it should be, significantly lower).
