Hyatt Place Billings

This was an amazing hotel, especially the service. The host, Marissa, was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to our family who had driven 17 hours straight with no sleep and arrived earlier than we expected. We were extremely exhausted and Marissa went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of ahead of the normal check-in. The rooms were clean, breakfast had a large variety and was all fresh. The lady(i didn’t catch her name) tending the breakfast room was extremely friendly and keeping up with how busy it was. We were too exhausted to use the pool/hot tub, but they both looked clean. Our family sends out a heartfelt THANK YOU 🙏 specifically to Marissa for exceptional service and caring hospitality. She is certainly a great asset to this hotel and I hope that management recognizes this. Good service is hard to find these days, much less outstanding service. Marissa deserves a raise! Thanks again for a wonderful stay after a long and exhausting drive from Missouri to Billings. Jason and family. P.S. only complaint would be no microwave in the room(however there was one downstairs they let us use)

Great experience. Very comfortable environment, friendly staff and clean room. All the amenities I needed were made available. The breakfast offered was good and well maintained. Seating was comfortable and I appreciated having real silverware, plates and cups. Felt like I was in a nice restaurant. I liked not having to check out until noon. Gave me the time I needed to take care of other matters before I left town Parking area was well lighted which I believe minimizes vehicle break-ins. Convenient location to other commercial businesses and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate. I'll stay here again.

Positive: We were looking for a hotel with 3 beds that allowed dogs and this hotel met the criteria. Negative: The people in the room next to us were having a loud and violent fight, it was very disruptive.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Everything about it was perfect. The rooms were clean, sleek and modern. The hot tub and pool were at a perfect temperature and very clean and updated. Breakfast had French toast sticks and so many other food options. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new hotel with a large bathroom and spacious room. Room was very clean! Bed was comfortable with multiple pillow options. Food was available on site which was nice, a bit pricey but not surprised. Check in was a little awkward because the desk was so small and it was unclear where to go. Not a huge fan of their HVAC system... its a bit loud and aggressive. They set the room temp high, so make sure you check it before you go to bed! I found the room was really noisy because of the traffic on the major road next to the hotel (our room faced the street). Woke up multiple times from people driving aggressively through the night (a Sunday night). Otherwise, it is a beautiful hotel and LOVED their room layout.

Thank you to Hyatt for a wonderful stay! Victoria and Arlene especially made this stay extremely comfortable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt very taken care of. This Hyatt provided a great stay in a lovely space. Everything was super clean, all the features were great, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our dog and us had an awesome stay at the Hyatt Place in Billings! 💯 We were in town for a medical visit, and the Front Manager, Victoria, went above and beyond to make sure that our accommodations were one less thing to be stressed about. Most of the time a "dog-friendly" hotel means a loss in quality, but this couldn't have been more untrue. We expected our sweet, but large, dog to get the usual "uh-oh" looks, but instead the staff treated her like an honored guest! ✨🐾 The room was spotless, the bed was SO comfortable, and the layout of the TV and corner sectional make for a truly "liveable" space. We are happy to be able to count on the Hyatt Place for our future trips to Billings. 🙂
