Bird-in-Hand Village Inn & Suites

It was a 5 star experience. Seamless from reservation to conclusion of stay. Hi quality rooms, excellent cleanliness. Amenities top notch, enjoyed breakfast. Very unique and tasty Pennsylvania Dutch breakfast items. Great service and hospitality. With the nice touch of the new 3-5 inch snowfall and its picture perfect outcome, made our celebration have a great outcome. Highly recommend it. Shops nearby a great plus.

My wife and I spent Valentine's night away and totally fell in love with this place. It's super quaint and historical, with lots of little shops to check out. Just make sure you go before 5 PM and not on a Sunday. The inn served a really filling breakfast to start our day, and we're definitely going back soon!

We love Lancaster, PA and Amish Country. I wanted to do something special for my wife's birthday and I am so glad we found Bird-in-Hand Village Inn and Suites. After reviewing more online I made a reservation. The pics don't do the property justice and we were blown away by our room. It has that colonial charm with wood floors, crown molding and the suite was an extra bonus for our teenager traveling with us. The bathroom was clean, the shower hot and the hot tub was a nice surprise. We also took a tour of Amish farms nearby and loved it immensely. The Fall foliage was fantastic, the breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff were first rate. Look forward to returning

The inn is nice, rooms were clean and had all the amenities. The inn is right on top of the road so traffic at night is buzzing thru all night for our room which was on the front 1st floor. They provide ear plugs on the night stand. Coffee, soda, water, cookies and chips were available to help yourself. Breakfast coupons were provided for the bakery cafe a few doors down, good for up to $24.

This is a lovely option to traditional hotel. Located on Old Philly Pike it’s convenient, walkable to many shops, a lovely market and smorgasbord. The included delux continental breakfast was so good, fresh & hot with many options. Be aware you can use the multiple pools and other amenities at their sister properties a very short walk away.

Room accommodations were adequate but I was not able to get a first floor room and I didn’t realize until we got there, there is no elevator. I walk with a cane so climbing steps to our room was not handy. When we arrived in our room, we could not get the heat on so the front desk had to call the owner. We couldn’t wait for him to get there as we needed to get to our show at the Sight and Sound theatre. When we returned from the show, the heater had turned off but we were able to get it turned on. The heat shut off during the night so we got cold. The bathroom was a step down from the room and it was adequate. The mattress on our bed was hard and it made my back hurt. I will say the room was clean. We would not stay here again.

Great place to stay, friendly staff. Well keep ground and building Rooms were very well done, and cory. Beautiful town in fall. Enjoyed the horse and buggies going pass our room.
