Kasa on the River Boise

This rental was all we wanted it to be. We reserved it for our family visiting from out of town for the holidays. Plenty of space, very clean, minimalist, conveniently located, easy to use, free parking. The one problem we encountered (what spot to park in?) was quickly addressed. ||The price was very reasonable for two bedrooms for the holidays. Truly an easy choice.||This is our second time using Kasa (the first was in Austin) and I would recommend Kasa in Boise and also Kasa in general.

Location is fantastic as are the building amenities. However, there are some real issues. For a 5 night stay we got one set of towels for each of the two people - but only 2 laundry soap pods. The kitchen was far from functional. There were 3 coffee mugs, 2 wine glasses, 3 drinking glasses and 4 forks. But only 2 dishwasher pods. I had to hand wash dishes and there was not a single dish towel or strainer. We started with an almost empty roll of toilet paper with no back up roll. The living room furniture is cheap and incredibly uncomfortable - chosen to look fine in pictures without caring about the guest experience. As a final parting gift, when I explained that the laminated barcode for the parking garage became irretrievable in the gap between the rental car dash and windshield, they charged us $100 dollars!!

Completely deserving of its high rating. This is a terrific place in a superb location. The apartment was spacious, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The check-in procedure was simple and efficient, and parking was a snap. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the pool, which was quiet and rarely busy. Mornings were especially pleasant, enjoying coffee while taking in the view of the trees along the river. The bike and walking path right outside was perfect for strolls by the water. The shower’s water pressure was intense. |It was a quick drive to get to downtown Boise for breakfast and dinner.

A great apartment in a great location for a great price!!!! If you are in town for short or long term, it is hard to beat this place! I highly recommend staying here. I will be back for sure!

This property is a delight. We loved being so close to downtown and right on the Greenbelt too! The apartment met our needs perfectly. It was clean and odor-free. We'd love to stay here again in the future.

Just incredible so helpful and beautiful condo's! Has everything at an amazing price! From the moment we moved in everyone was so helpful and nice! Furniture and decor is very tasteful/so happy we moved here
