This place is terrible please do not stay here 🙏🏾 This place is not safe for you or your family. The room they tried to give us had dead roaches and dead roaches and bugs on the wall. The bathroom had a sewage smell that was leaking into the room. The curtains were ripped and the paint was peeling off the wall. They had one towel in the bathroom Switch on the wall had the face plate missing. There was trash outside our room hell there was trash everywhere outside the hotel. The staff don't answer the phone and they are not in the office. This place is terrible avoid it like the plaque. I am going to add pictures so you can see for yourself. They didn't have a blanket on the bed just one sheet. The trash was overflowing with diapers and flies everywhere.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly a week I had two rooms my first room they seen heater didn't work and when they moved me they moved me to a much worse world a room where the AC and heat with temporarily work has it had a mind of its own and on top of that I had asked him repeatedly to give me a microwave which was not in the room alone would not having a blanket in the room. When I would go up to the front office several times the general manager would not be in the office and the door would be locked during business hours that is just absurd to me and I believe that is very unprofessional. I watched several customers walk away due to the fact that there was nobody in the office during business hours.

This was by far the WORST place I've ever seen. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Ash on the night stand. An old meat pie in the microwave. An almost empty gallon of milk in the fridge. Mold on the walls. The smell of the room smelled like roach poop. Not to mention a needle cap on the bathroom counter. I was scared to even sit on the bed. Please please please, do not stay here! It was not safe to be there. It was like something out of a horror movie!!! My husband and I asked for a refund and the guy said no refunds. I cried because it was so bad. My husband ended up getting us the hell out of there and into a nice hotel. To the people who are thinking of staying here because it's a good price, please find somewhere else. I promise you don't want to stay here!! 🙏🏼

The location is perfect We have stayed here before it was Oyo and it was great. I loved it, but this trip specifically was not the rooms were bad. They were bugs. I had specifically asked at check-in for a bottom room. I was told that there were none available even though my mom is not able to climb stairs then, whenever I walked into the first room, there were holes in the wall. There was just a lot of bad things in the room like the bed was coming apart there was trash in the floor. The sink and bathtub had not been cleaned. So we go back down let them know show them the pictures and then he proceeds to provide me a bottom room, which really was not any better than the first room, but it was late and we were tired

We stayed in this hotel about 5 years ago when we came to the area to visit family. It was really nice. A lot has changed since then. The rooms were dirty, awful smelling even when we changed rooms, pool was green, and roaches. One room had dog hair in the sink and the bed was old. The shower was very slow to drain. When the temperature dropped to 30s-40s during our stay we felt the chill through the crack under the door and around the AC. Luckily the heater worked but never shut off it was working to keep it warm. Customer service wise. They lady our first day there was a gem. Very helpful and accommodating. There was another lady who was not as pleasant. We did leave a day early cause I just couldn’t handle it for another night and we were refunded with no problem. The location wasn’t to bad just with it offered a better way to get onto the property. Hopefully they manage to fix the place up to how it use to be. I hate I didn’t get pictures of the place. It was cheap in price but we basically got what we paid for next time in the area definitely looking for better accommodations.

This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever set foot in. As soon as I walked in I was met with baby roaches on the floor and the smell of a roach infested area. Idk if y’all know what the smell of roaches is but it literally had the smell. They were on the bed, under the bed, in the shower, in the sink, on every piece of furniture. There was no fridge, no microwave. The tv would keep pausing, the lights were flickering. One pillow on each bed. The sheets were disgusting. There wasn’t even a blanket on the beds. A huge whole in the wall, the pull was green and foggy.. It honestly seemed unsafe, I didn’t even want to leave my car parked outside. checked out shortly after and got an immediate refund. Most disgusting, traumatizing experience I have ever had in my entire life. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. I wish I could put NO STARS on this review because it doesn’t even deserve one!

If I could give negative stars I would. By far the most disturbing and disgusting room I have ever walked into. There was holes everywhere, mold in the bathroom, roaches EVERYWHERE, holes and stains on the bed and the walls, and the smell when you walk in was unbelievable. The front door was barely standing. In the little side table there were cigarette ends and baggies with who knows what still inside and liquor still left in the mini fridge that also had a horrible smell coming from the inside. We left immediately. Unsafe and very unhealthy. The entire place needs to be condemned!
