Friend stayed here and when I showed up the TV wasn't working. I took a shower and come out and she was trying to get the AC to come on. It was so hot in the room. They can't give her another room right now, but she's still out the money for the night. We could have been miserable at home.
bedbugs, you can't see them with the lights on, but if you turn the lights off, the party starts—thousands of them in the beds. We asked the person in the office to change our room, and they told us there are no rooms available. At that point, it's better to sleep in the car. I hope never to come back to that hotel; it was a horrible experience!
My great aunt stayed there a day ago and her room was NASTY!!! They didnt even try to clean it up or fix the issue. Management didnt even offer her money back. TV didnt work, bed was nasty and dog hair every shere. This place is unprofessional and doesnt deserve even a half star. There is no wifi, the stand was missing the drawers and it reeked of weed.
Absolutely loved my stay... Parker made everything work for the better. My original reservation was never received for some odd reason but the original I didn't like but Parker was a great help!!!!!!!!
Ms Parker is amazing at her job and derserves everything she has she helps me whenever I need it if I need anything she’s right there or she will make sure that I get what I need. I appreciate the studio 6 and everything it brought
It was almost like being in a Nancy Drew book. Looking to solve some mysteries…LOL. Well, scratch Nancy Drew, this had Scooby Doo written all over it. Haha. I went to this hotel with some family. We were there to celebrate someone turning 21 and wanting to experience a piano bar and casino. Two rooms were required with each room sporting two double beds. When our fearless leader checked us in, it took about 35 to 40 minutes. The computer kept crashing and the lady at the desk scanned his license 5 or 6 times. We were ready to get our things situated so we could start our adventure and we thought we would never get to unpack after the check in process dragging out like it did. Fast forward- we walk in the room and someone needs to use the restroom (#1) and the commode was stopped up and wouldn’t flush. It filled all the way to the rim and looked like we were about to go through the great flood of extended stay. We called the office and told them and they were sending someone to fix it ASAP. How about never? Help never came, however; the commode went down after a while and we didn’t have anymore problems with it. I go to throw something away and there is not a garbage can or garbage bag in sight! So, we wind up using plastic bags from the store to put trash in. What happened? No trashcan? Was it stolen? Misplaced? Or just plain non-existent? That’s still a mystery. No smoking signs are displayed all over, but one floor smelled of old cigarettes and one smelled of loud skunk weed. The people above our room decided to redecorate their room right at bedtime and was moving furniture around and stomping back and forth in the room. The beds were awful! Your legs were higher than your head was because you tilted down while laying in bed. The room could’ve been a lot cleaner. The biggest kicker of all I believe was when me and the person I roomed with both left the room and thought each other had the key. Not a chance. We were locked out. So, I go downstairs to the office and tell the clerk I need 2 keys for our room and the fearless leader wanted an extra key. I gave him the name of the leader and he told me he couldn’t give me any keys because nobody by the name I gave him had rented any rooms. I knew that was wrong because ummmm I know what his name is, duh!!! Anyway, I go to the other room and let them know I couldn’t get keys because Harry didn’t rent a room. So, he walks down to see what’s going on. Just so happens, when he checked in (even though his id was scanned 5 or more times) his last name on the room rental form wasn’t his surname. It was the road he lived on. It it wasn’t for it taking so long to get money put back on a card for rooms, we would’ve left. At least next time we’ll know! I wouldn’t stay here again. We jokingly called it the High Class Hooker Hotel. Lol
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I checked in close to midnight and found out the room id booked online wasn’t available so they moved me to a double room instead of a single. Not a big deal. The employee checking me in asked if I needed a TV for the night because the one in the room he had available was broken. I said that it would be fine and that I planned to go straight to sleep since it was almost midnight. They needed a card on file for the $100 damaged hold. No problem there either. When I got to the room is was nasty and the more I looked, the worse it got. There was a mold spot on the ceiling, flooring planks were loose from water damage, pain missing from walls, unfinished/ trim missing in the bathroom, gum stuck to the headboard, and the blankets had marks on them that looked like it had been washed with something colored, so some light discoloration. I was exhausted so I decided I would make do and talk to the people at the desk in the morning. Next morning, I go to check out around 8 and there was no one available until 9:30. I had to leave so I called the night number and was informed to leave the key in the room. No biggie. Now here we are 3 days later, and they have charged me $100 for "stains on the linens." SERIOUSLY? I called the location- they can’t do anything because I didn’t come back stairs and immediately tell them. I call corporate- they do nothing and then tell me to call the location… DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
