Holiday Inn Bridgeport-Trumbull-Fairfield, an IHG Hotel

I had a great stay at the facility. Clean, quite the staff were friendly with pleasant faces. Customer service is excellent!! I didn't ask for much but my mother and brother needed something every day we're there. (4D)They were very helpful at the front desk each time my mom or brother went down there requesting something. My only issue is paying $10.00 per night to park in the garage.

Really nice hotel that we would definitely go back to. The lobby is friendly and businesslike, and the restaurant is right there. The room we had had a nice setup, with enough room to navigate around our luggage. The bathroom was especially nice, with the sink separate from the toilet and shower. There was also a good-sized closet. The restaurant was so-so, but we were there late on a Saturday and it was otherwise dead in the lobby, so I may be overdoing it. In general, we'd definitely stay again at this Holiday Inn. It was great.

We’re SO glad that we chose to stay at the Holiday Inn in Bridgeport, CT. The online booking process was fast, easy and simple. The price per night was very good when compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. We found them to be accommodating and helpful with navigating the local area recommendations. …And just to let you know, complimentary breakfast is not included, but it’s available for an additional $5 per person. We went with the breakfast deal, and I must say that it was well worth it! There’s also a $10 fee per day if you use the parking garage. —Metered street parking is available near the hotel if that is preferable. Check-in/out was quick and easy as well. I am pleased to say that the accommodations were EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was secure, spacious and IMMACULATE! The hotel currently gives the option of daily room service; or opting for clean linen/towels and amenities only when requested during the stay. Other amenities, such as weight room, dining-in or room service, lobby coffee station and lounge, business center, laundry room, ice and vending machines, etc. are readily available. I believe the pool is currently closed (I think) due to COVID-19 health restrictions. Well, our three night stay at this hotel was great, and the quality and high standard of service have exceeded our expectations. It is without a doubt that we will plan to stay at this gorgeous Holiday Inn whenever we need to be in Bridgeport, CT.

3.5 stars. Very good, not great hotel experience. Hotel staff is friendly. But additional charge for breakfast and parking in a secure garage. Rooms are clean enough and look recently updated and have newer TVs, the beds are actually really comfortable and nice. Though the remodel work was not very thorough in the guest rooms. Bubbles in wallpaper here and there, uneven paint and unfinished and frayed edging on the newer carpets. IMO Good for a weekend business trip but not a family vacation.

Staffing seems to be a real problem at this hotel. Breakfast took over 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. It looked like the hostess and (1) waitress were doing the cooking as well. It was agony and couldnt possibly be passed off as any other issue but that of hotel management. Pool was out of order and drained. The hallway to my room smelled like mildew and chemicals, hot and steamy. Guest services only turn over your room every 5 days. Missing cushion in lobby, stains on cushions. Serious problems at this hotel for the price. Positives: Staff was very nice and helpfull.

Quiet and clean, but thermostat won't go below 65. If you are a hot sleeper like me, might want to bring a fan or skip this place. Hard to be well rested waking up hot all night. Night manager was very friendly and helpful. A better temperature available would make this stay an easy five.

The hotel staff is great. The security guard that works 4 to 12 is awesome. Great guy, with an awesome personality. Im staying here for work and have to park my vehicle in over-sized parking. The security guard drives me back and forth twice a night. He definitely sets the example of hospitality and friendliness. The hotel is clean and quite. If you're staying in the Bridgeport area I would definitely recommend staying here.
