Latisha Luxury Place

The place was nice and clean..alot of free stuff and host was very nice! THere is a huge park across the street.I now have a safe place to go when I visit new york city.. i love this place and my wife love it! Bathroom was nice and clean. The house smell so good. Thanks for your hospitality.

This place is a clean luxurious house and we felt safe the entire time we were there. Its in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a clean reasonable place to stay its like home away from home 🏡 ♥️

They embodied the vybe of a telly! A Bnb! ya crib! her crib ! The vast and spacious multi unit includes a fully stocked kitchen with modern stove & appliances and a thought provoking living room with Dman near ceiling to wall windows that give an amazing sky line view especially at nite. thee most beautiful , comfortable, & creative way i ever seen. It’s curated for the culture , n I hope it grows into a franchise. Have em in the floss stuy queens etc very modern and stylish they doin they thing maine !!!you don’t go check em out ur missing out on a tier we didn’t know we needed…. From the hospitality to the attention of even small details that make the good experience even better it’s all at luxury level

We had an amazing stay here! Rooms are comfy, the common area is spacious with lots of sunlight. The owners were super helpful with things like extra towels we needed and helping retrieve a personal belonging we forgot. I would definitely recommend. I got to see all the rooms because we had booked all of them with my friends and the bed with twinkle lights is soo relaxing!

Hi just want to say I’ve had a tremendous experience, upon check In the host was very polite and upfront about any prices and fees, after check in was a breeze, I was shown my room and wasn’t bothered with any noise, the room and home is completely spotless and they also offer free amenities which I found to be helpful like the coffee in the morning/ water at night. 10/10 would recommend the stay.

In the rain, there is no parking, the neighborhood is dangerous and they charged us 100 dollars of security deposit, (we stayed 30 minutes in the room, we left because it is nothing like the images, we demanded our security deposit and a day passed so they could check the room that we stayed so little time. and in the end they didn't even give us back the same 100 dollars, they gave us back less), there are many rooms in a house, your room doesn't have a private living room, nor a private bathroom. you don't have air conditioning. the bed is uncomfortable and there is also A mini TV. The service is terrible (in my experience) the check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4pm, we had to look for a parking lot 3 blocks from the place, it was raining and when we arrived there was no one, they told us to wait 10 minutes when almost 40 minutes passed, a person who was in those rooms had to help us enter. Please, don't stay here, unless you have no other option.

Terrible service and rip off. Booked several weeks in advance to get canceled A DAY BEFORE. We called as soon as we saw that our reservation was canceled and we had been told that "it was a mistake" and that they would keep the room for us. Asked an email of confirmation, refused to give us one. We called back the same day and we got told that the price was a 100$ higher!!!!! We explained that it was completely ridiculous since we weren't the ones that made the mistake and Nigel or whatever his name gave us a reason that didn't even made any sense. They canceled us to charge us more! Complete rip off, we ended up going elsewhere for a lot less and having a great service at the other place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT GO THERE.
