TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Brooklyn

I had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brooklyn. The hotel feels super modern, new, and incredibly clean. My room was cozy, spotless, and I loved having a full kitchen in the room — such a great bonus and made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. I also really appreciated how quiet the hotel was, which made it easy to relax after busy days in the city. The location is fantastic — close to subway stations, great dining options nearby, and only about a 20-minute walk to Prospect Park. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Very small rooms as the usual|In NY. The desk personnel were very kind and helpful. It is a very clean place. A little noisy in the mornings from outside activity. Decent breakfast and convenient coffee, etc. and the neighborhood has great stores and eateries. Good value

We stayed here for our holidays in a room on the fourth floor and really liked this hotel. The location is excellent. You can walk to different bodegas, there is a nearby train station, and Manhattan is close as well. The front desk agent was very friendly and took good care of us during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with two beds and a studio setup that included a kitchen and a fridge. Breakfast was very nice too. There was something different every morning, which I did not expect, and it exceeded my expectations for an American breakfast. We also had a great view of downtown Brooklyn. The hotel is a bit pricey, but we would definitely come back.

Great location with a quick walk to the subway. Rooms are a good size for NYC, but keep in mind it will be a bit tighter than a typical TownPlace layout. With that in mind, the rooms were clean and updated. Good size TV with streaming log in options. Staf was friendly too. Overall great spot, especially if you’re attending a show at Barclay’s Center.

Weird location. Feels like it's developing but not quite there yet. I chose it for walking distance to the Whole Foods and convenience to subway. No daily bottled water for some reason. I've stayed in many of this brand's locations. This one feels like it's cutting corners. Also, not friendly staff. Saying hello should be easy enough. Best thing going for it, it's new...but thin walls, can hear everything.

Largest hotel room I've ever seen in greater NYC. Spacious bedroom, nice kitchenette, large bathroom. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast, convenient to metro stations, helpful and kind staff, and in the heart of Brooklyn with great shops and restaurants nearby on our favorite street 5th Ave.

After a red-eye flight from LAX to JFK, arriving early in the morning to attend a funeral at noon, we were exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed. This hotel showed us nothing but kindness and understanding. They allowed us to check in early at 9am with no extra charge, giving us the time we desperately needed to rest and prepare. That gesture meant more than words can express. The front desk team working on 12/6/25 were truly amazing human beings who deserve recognition. I believe Brian was one of them, and Joy (short for Adjoya — I hope I spelled that correctly). Your compassion, professionalism, and warmth reflected the very best of Marriott Bonvoy top-level service. As a loyal client, this experience reaffirmed why I continue to choose Marriott.
