Staff is very friendly and understanding. Up to Drew, Ms. Sally, Ivan and the hotel manager! They would always work with you accordingly to the situation you're in to give you a peace of mind. Everything they do or request is always respectable and it is safe to say for me that this is the best, most honorary hotel I have stayed at. Very understandable to all accommodations. They will also always be sure to inform you on everything going on so that you're not left in the dark and have no surprises. Thanks to all staff for their superb efforts and customer satisfaction.

I would recommend esa to anyone, whether you need one or two nights or a longer stay, the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are actually clean and the prices are so reasonable. Don't hesitate to stay here you will not regret it.

Hotel is nice and staff is very friendly. I stayed for a full week and Monday - Friday hotel was pretty clean.Only one complaint… the hotel is neglected on the weekends trash rooms are full to the top I could barely throw my trash away. The outside is very bad on the weekends also. I also see people smoking near no smoke signs. I don’t see how this goes by unnoticed. This hotel needs to series make some changes. By the way cathie and danelle were busting their tails. Didn’t have any maintenance issues.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in in regards to the staff. The lady that works up front was so nasty and disrespectful that I had was in shock and was trying to figure out how in the world she got a job or works there. I can't even begin to explain how rude and dramatic she was. I had to cover my kids ears. Wow! All I can say is dont stay here. I recommend ANY hotel other then this one. I would rather have stayed in a drug infested, crime ridden hotel before here. Absolutely crazy experience. Will never, never stay here again. 100% do not recommend this hotel. Don't go please. extremely terrible experience. And trust me im not the only one. During my week stay i seen several people having very bad experiences with her and arguing was a everyday norm with her and other tenants. She even called the police on a guy because she said he was threatening her and this was a lie I seen what happened. OH not to mention they will barge into your room several times a week to check what's going on in your room and if you refuse you will get kicked out. I can go on and on but it's just too much. DONT STAY!!!!

No one at the front desk if you plan on checking in late. If you have an issue apperantely no on there to help eighther. A guest who was staying had issues with his room key but no one came to front desk (window) to help. A dirty phone is available to call staff but no one answers. Corporate call the hotel personal and said they would be back in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later no one showed up so I just left and got a room next door (actual front desk).

I had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and set up well for a longer visit — having the kitchen made it easy to feel a little more at home instead of just living out of a suitcase. The service was friendly and always helpful when I needed anything. Location is also convenient with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, which made things a lot easier during the week. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it doesn’t try to be — it’s exactly what you’d want in an extended stay: reliable, safe, comfortable, and practical. Overall, a great value and I’d definitely stay again.
