Studios For Less

They have roaches, the beds are so uncomfortable, all you smell is weed and no one is considerate of your sleep at all. People will stay up LATE hours being loud. It's not suitable for children because of all the scetchy people who just want to drink and do drugs. You pay almost 500 a week. And owner doesn't really care what goes on within their establishment as long as they get paid. The only decent things about this place is house keeping and most front desk people are nice and it's in walking distance to a lot of places.

This place was awesome, and the rooms are newly remodeled Would Definitely recommend staying, and the prices can't be beat. No hotel in the Hampton Roads area can compete with the price. Front Desk staff we're so accommodating and friendly. I've been staying here off and on for 4 years now with no problem. Thank you, Studios & Suites 4 Less for a great stay.

The room was ok for the price, but they only had 1 day of cleaning if you stay for a week and they didn't even show up! No cups in the room and the toilet paper is rationed out! The only good thing was it was located by stores that you could get toiletries from!

Room was clean and smelled nice. Price was good, and location was very convenient!! Front desk staff very friendly! Full fridge and microwave, but no coffee pot. Blanket was too thin and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Noisy area and with the hotel having extended rates, it's more of a housing complex. They were letting off fire crackers at like 1 a.m and not long after the police came, sirens blaring, so it was a bit difficult to fall asleep. Over all, it served it's purpose. Even with all the noise, we didn't feel unsafe.

The location was good. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I paid for a handicap accessible room. It had a tub instead of a shower, I had to bathe at the sink, this was a misrepresentation. Also I have a service dog that was not allowed to be in the room. They asked for certification for my service dog. Per ADA laws they are not allowed to do that. It is against the law to ask for certification or paperwork for a service dog.
