BUDGET INN Syracuse Airport

I booked here last minute as there were no (reasonable) hotels left in Syracuse and I needed to see my daughter at Syracuse University. I’m so glad I did! While a budget hotel, the bed is quite comfortable. The amenities are nice and the place is so ridiculously clean you could eat off the floor, literally! The check-in process was easy, the staff was lovely, and it was a perfect night for a place to stay and get on with what I needed to do. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable as hell. In have someone coming from British Columbia late February and that's where we're staying for a week. I did ask for a price for February 19th to the 28th. A room with a big bed and the little kitchenette.

It's very hard to come by a well cared for budget type hotel yet this one set the bar high!! I called prior because I noticed the desk was only open until 1130pm and our arrival time was significantly later. The woman who answered the phone gave me instructions and assured me we'd have no issues checking in. That was in fact true despite our 1am arrival time. The exterior of the hotel is well cared for and gives a pleasant homy feel. The interior blew me away! I'm a dust natzi and let me tell you it was very hard to find in our room! The bathroom was spotless, the beds neatly made, most impressive the bathroom fan was completely clean! I cannot tell you the number of hotels we've visited where that damn fan is gunked with years of yuck. Nope, not here, perfectly cleaned! The beds were comfy enough for not your own, they provided ample pillows as well. Great job here guys!

We stayed here one night on a long roadtrip. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. The staff was polite and helpful, despite our 3 AM arrival. I would definitely stay here again

Once you book, don’t try to cancel, they will not let you. Once they have your money, forget customer service. Rooms smell, drug deals going on in the parking lot. Booked a three days stay based on a 4.1 review? Impossible. No way. A reason why they won’t refund money and let you go. Very bad. Would rather sleep in my car. If you stand by your property and someone isn’t happy, shouldn’t you reach some kind of solution. Not even considered. Three days in a dump.

I spent only one night here, but the room was clean and smelled fresh, the place was quiet despite it is close to the highway. I would recommend.

There is a reason this is a two star hotel. The folks who run this terrible establishment are lazy they don't clean. There is a massive homeless population that hang out here at around midnight. Drugs and yelling are sure to be present. Be aware. 2 star rating. There is a reason for that.
