They were quick to change out my fridge that wasn’t working. They have a sink, microwave and mini fridge in the rooms but don’t supply any utensils, plates or cups. Parking lot isn’t the greatest. Complementary breakfast was good. Same both days but they were good about keeping it stocked. Busy weekend for stay to play—no towels in pool area. Staff using elevator during checkout time making people having to wait extra to get out.

We were here for a hockey tournament which can always be nerve wracking because the kids have endless energy which can get them in trouble at a hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and flexible to help keep our kids entertained. Huge thank you to Frankie, Robert and Hailey for providing exceptional customer service and not just seeing us as a group of rowdy hockey families. They were so kind. I will push to use this hotel again if we are in the area. Also rooms were a good size and breakfast was well stocked by a polite worker.

I found this hotel to be very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was really good and the location next to Cracker Barrel was an added bonus. My room was clean and the layout of the rooms is very nice. The VIP of my visit was Haley at the front desk. She was very professional and helpful. Ariana was also very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The service was great from checking in to checking out. The room was very clean and the bed was so soft and comfy. Shower in bathroom was large and safe. We stayed for 2 nights and spent the evenings in the breakfast area watching football and just gathering and winding down from our busy day. The breakfast each morning was great with a variety and different items each day. My husband looked forward to the sausage gravy and biscuits. The staff in the breakfast area was the friendliest woman and always asked if everything was okay. This was a great place to stay.

First time we stayed there and everything was really nice. The staff was great, very friendly, the breakfast was good they had a lot of choices to choose from, and always replenishing items. The room was clean and relaxing. The location was good, easy to get to and from places. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice room, perfect for the night before a flight. We did the park stay fly option, allowing us to leave our car for the duration of our trip. There is a shuttle to the airport.

Great to stay night before an early flight. Early shuttle (4 am) took us to airport and we were able to leave car parked there for over a week. Our return flight came in after the 12 am cutoff time for hotel shuttle, but the shuttle bus driver was kind enough to stay beyond her allotted time so we didn’t have to get an Uber. The driver was fantastic, as was the girl who checked us in.
