Delta Hotels Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville

This hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in while traveling. The shower was very nice and the provided Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers were good quality. My only complaints were that the parking lot was a bit dark (it didn’t feel unsafe) and some of the plugs in the room didn’t work.

Our organization booked a weekend retreat there and they made our experience as smooth as glass. The staff was on top of it and we had zero issues. The rooms were nice and the amenities of the hotel were excellent for what we needed.

I recently stayed at the Delta Marriott Hotel for a work conference. Typically I stick with Hilton’s, but decided to stay with the group, and I’m incredibly glad I did. The rooms were clean, and walls were quiet. The service was fantastic, and everyone was super friendly and tried to help whenever they could. I’m very particular when I travel, and Bindu at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind, finding the best room and assisting me as I ran back and forth all day between the conference room. The Starbucks was open in the morning and had everything I needed, and the bar was open to a decent hour - would highly suggest the bourbon espresso martini. The gym was also super nice, with updated equipment and a section for mat work.

Positive: Nothing Negative: There was some type of bug on the countertop.. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY it had been over 20 days and they still have not released hold for security deposit. Do not stay here

January 2026: This is the first time that I stay at a Delta by Marriott hotel and I was gladly surprised! This hotel is huge and has multiple conference/meeting rooms which makes it perfect for events. The rooms are impeccable; everything looks brand new. Rooms are ample and temperature control/room thermostat works great. Sometimes I struggle with cold rooms, this was not the case (perfect!). The gym is one of the largest and best equipped I have seen. This Delta hotel has a Starbucks coffee onsite and a restaurant with affordable prices and good variety. I will stay here again for sure. Top notch Marriott hotel.

I'm not even sure where to start 1) bathroom sliding doors are a terrible idea 2) no fan in the bathroom 3) the toilet is so far off to the side you may as well have 1 foot in the shower 4) rain shower heads are terrible 5) the room in the new wing smelled like paint. No elevator. I'm not paying $140+ a night to take the stairs 6)Next room had a leak in the ceiling 7) got yelled at for my child sitting at the bar with me at 4pm. However 2 girls a few years older sat there and didn't get kicked out. 8) Starbucks downstairs doesn't even have basic plain bagles 9) if you order food from the restaurant and you are the only one there, expect your food to still take at least 30min 10) don't try to bring outside food in or Annie will have a heart attack. 11) Nobodys door key worked on the one door for the pool. Had to walk all the way around the building to other side. They also only seem to stock the pool area with less than 5 towels 12) place sucks, nothing about it was good or fun. Don't even plan on going back.

We got married at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville in September, and choosing this venue was truly one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, we were absolutely blown away by the level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown by the entire staff. Nidhi, our wedding planner and part owner of the hotel, went above and beyond in every possible way. Her expertise, calm presence, and commitment to making our day perfect took all the stress off our shoulders and allowed us to be fully present throughout the celebration. The hotel team worked seamlessly with all our vendors, making the planning process incredibly smooth. Everything felt easy, organized, and well managed. The venue itself was immaculate, and we received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was and how enjoyable their experience had been. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the accommodations to the hospitality, exceeded our expectations. We never had to worry about a thing, and our guests were truly taken care of. If we could relive our wedding day, we would choose this hotel again without hesitation. We cannot recommend the Delta Hotel by Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville highly enough for couples looking for an exceptional wedding experience.
