Awww man. Stop by on your way to a different hotel and take a picture of the lobby. This is smoke and mirrors. The shops are empty and you have to go out for good food. The front desk staff was inconsistent. There was a friendly guy next to an unfriendly person wearing a mask who checked us in. She was borderline rude. The TV is old and does not have any streaming service capabilities and the grand bed is not grand at all. I actually feel duped and that sucks. I will not be back.

Absolutely get a room here! It was extremely spacious and about twice as big as you’d get at a Hampton or Holiday inn and cheaper than those as well. Everything looked crisp and clean! I had asked for Albanese gummy bears for the room for my bf’s birthday and they made sure to have 2 bags and a hand written note. The staff was amazing and it’s right downtown so you have ALLLLLL the things to do! I suggest their lounge that night and the restaurant the next morning and get their burrito. You won’t be disappointed with your experience I guarantee it!

A few things to note before you book: 1. There is no free hotel parking. The lots nearby will be roughly 20$ a night. Really my only criticism. (Seriously billion dollar hotel chain yet 0 parking). 2. If you stay in the "arcade" side, make sure there isn't a reddit venue as the noise can and will radiate into you room. 3. Make a free Hyatt account to get like $50 ! night off. AAA discounts too. Rooms were clean, check in was easy and efficient. Nice view of the arcade building. Bathroom was spotless, and not even a single bit of grime noticeable.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is located inside the historic Arcade building—a beautifully restored 19th-century landmark that immediately transports you to another era. The architecture is absolutely stunning, with ornate ironwork, vaulted glass ceilings, and a grand, open layout that makes the entire space feel elegant and timeless.

We hosted our wedding at The Arcade and had the best experience. Allison Kay was so helpful and amazing to work with, she made our wedding run so smoothly. Since we were planning from out of state, she communicated with us frequently through phone/email/video calls. She was so prepared for our wedding and answered all questions we had. She was really an invaluable resource and we owe a lot of gratitude to her for making our wedding so spectacular. We set up a room block at the hotel for our wedding guests. The hotel is in a perfect downtown Cleveland location, our guests were able to walk to lots of restaurants, theaters, stadiums, the casino, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel staff were able to deliver welcome bags to our guest’s rooms when they arrived and were so kind to everyone we invited. We hosted a welcome party in the hotel bar, had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the wedding reception, and a farewell brunch - all service and food was perfect. We highly recommend hosting an event at The Arcade and staying at the Hyatt Regency.

0 stars! Had a reservation and daughter got sick, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving her. We called the hotel all we wanted was to switch reservation to the next Friday! Very rude asked if we read the small print. We weren’t asking for a refund just different date! They refused very arrogant staff! I would never stay in this hotel! Really disappointed, we lost our money, they didn’t care if it was an illness, money, money, money is all they care about! Book with a different hotel that understands emergencies happen! Very disappointing!
