Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless and welcoming. From the valet service to the food and beverage team, every single person we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The attention to detail and level of hospitality truly made the experience perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

This is a tough one, since the good was very good and the bad was not so great. For all the good reviews that other people have given, yes, it is amazing. Something cool to see everywhere you look. My comments are going to be less than stellar, however keep in mind, most of it was good. The coffee in the room was not good. Be sure to read the directions if you just want hot water. It is possible. A couple doors were squeaky, which normally isn't a big deal, but when one person struggles with insomnia, being woke up in the middle of the night spells disaster for the insomniac. I asked them to oil it but they never did. Ironing board literally fell apart in my hands. They sent a new one which was much smaller and made it hard to iron my tall husband's clothes. Be aware - the walls are paper thin. There was a couple next to us that had a nasty fight. Cuss words were flying, hits were being made, and then, dead silence. We wondered - should we call the police? The front desk? Did somebody just get unalived? Unfortunately, I heard what I heard and I can't unhear it. Not the hotel's fault, but just to say, if you're gonna fight, don't do it in your room and ruin the experience for everyone else. And if you're making up, we can hear that, too. On a positive note, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a must. That was the highlight of my trip.

We had a great experience. Everything was 5 stars. All the staff are very professional. Especially Julia at the front desk of Broadmore West extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I hope her supervisor will see this and give her the high five she deserves. Highly recommend this place.

I came to the Broadmoor for a conference and was fortunate to get a room. If you are planning a visit, I suggest making reservations far in advance. Check in and check out ran smoothly. They were able to hold our bags at the concierge while we were still at the conference. The staff were professional, respectful and helpful. The property is large so they offer a shuttle that stops at the various locations (ex. Golf course, parking garage). The grounds are well maintained (they are prepared for the snow!). I enjoyed sitting by the fireplace near the lobby. There is a hallway with various famous politicians and celebrities who have visited over the years. Some restaurants on the property require reservations (which we did not have). I highly recommend having dinner at Ristorante Del Lago and at the Hotel Bar. The hotel also has a movie theater and bowling alley which I would like to utilize at my next visit. The room itself was very clean and spacious. I was very pleased with my visit.

The Broadmoor is an amazing place. The staff is so personable and professional, attending to every detail in the rooms to the dining experience. You will step into the past of the west but be spoiled like royalty. Everyone should experience the Broadmoor once in their lifetime!

About nine months late in writing this review? Better late than never! The experience here couldn’t have been anymore wonderful. My husband and I got married last year and we decided to spend one of our honeymoon nights at this hotel while traveling the state. I’ve been to this place before as a teenager for a school event, but I didn’t have the same appreciation for it that I had this time around. Anyway, parking was easy and every single employee that greeted us was very kind and helpful. We booked the most affordable room because we like to be frugal, but upon mentioning that we were on our honeymoon, we were surprised with a room upgrade (with champagne) at no cost to us! The grounds are gorgeous, and we dedicates our whole evening to exploring since there is just so much to see. The room itself was very cozy. Seriously anything we needed was right at our fingertips. I can’t say I was dissatisfied with anything about our stay.

I have to say, it’s been two years of problems. I come once a year and I’m just asking for a smooth experience, and I don’t think I’ll be back again. Last year, they didn’t have our room that we reserved. We ended up having a couch bed and one queen when we reserved two beds. They didn’t even bat an eye. No apologies, nothing. Just had us sleeping in a room we didn’t reserve. This year, we had issues at check in again and when we get to our rooms, the beds aren’t done being made and we have to wipe down the tub because there is hair in it. Then we order room service. We said no nuts and they bring us chocolate with nuts in it as a part of our room service, even though I said we had a child with a nut allergy and we didn’t even order chocolate with nuts. It’s very frustrating. Lastly, I have to call valet and ask them to close my car door. They left it opened for 10 minutes and it was draining the battery. I had to call down there and ask them to close it. I appreciate Allen calling me and saying everything’s going to be okay, but I should have stayed home. I’d have $1,000 more in my pocket and be less stressed than I was when I got here. This is supposed to be one of the best resorts in the world and it’s been a stressful experience since I stepped in the building. I’m going home more stressed. This was a bad weekend. I didn’t decompress at all.
