Navy Lodge Corpus Christi

Its our first time staying at this place and we are so pleased! We love the amenities and the location. It's very close to the water and boy there are so many fish! We caught a lot of fish with minimal experience 😅 The staff at the lodge is very welcoming and helpful. She's filipino which i really appreciate as we shared the same home country. The price and value is nothing compared to commercial accommodations. This is definitely one of the bests we stayed at yet.

Stayed here over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised! Did not know the room had a little kitchenette when we made the reservation. Room was pretty big and it was clean. Very comfortable for the 3 people we had staying in the room. Breakfast was really good as they had a wide variety of food to choose from. Price was really good at around $100 a night. Manager and cashier was friendly and had a little conversation while checking in. Only downside was the AC didnt work to well and the room was hot overnight. If they can get the AC issues fixed, it would be the perfect stay!

Beautiful, clean, big rooms!! All the staff were awesome! Complementary breakfast was great and the 24 hour coffee came in handy! The base was close to EVERYTHING… we will definitely be back 🙂

This place deserves a 4.5 star rating alone due to amenities and customer service but the aesthetics, free and purchase meal options and non functioning HVAC units negate from the score. Suites are spacious and clean with a fully supplied micro kitchen built in. Full size fridge, table seating for four are standard. Due to staffing shortages house keeping comes once per 3 day stay. Towels can be refreshed daily. Continental breakfast was ok and purchased meals were extremely limited. Staff members were amazing as they assisted my party with a critical situation. And the best thing was the value. Can't beat the price...... like really you can not.

Comfortable, calm, and clean. Bed, pillows, and blankets were soft and relaxing to get a good rest in. I was also impressed with my stay, staff were welcoming and professional. Breakfast bar was great, you can make a waffle that is shape of Texas! The view of the Gulf behind the hotel is breathtaking. Accommodation for pets is nice and a peace of mind. Small kitchenette was convenient as well.

Unbelievably incredible staff!!! The room was extremely comfortable and very clean! They made sure you didn’t go without anything our entire stay! The back overlooks the bay and you can see downtown Corpus. You can also fish off the backside, see the helicopters land and take off, or just sit on the benches and enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves. Can’t rave enough about the ladies at the front desk…they are a HOOT!!!! I can’t WAIT to stay here again!

Great price, view, and location. However the rooms are extremely humid. Each room has a dehumidifier and running it max throughout the day only brings the humidity down to 60%. If you leave throughout the day the machine will fill up within three hours and room will hit around 80% humidity. Granted the hotel is next to the ocean, but have never experienced that in a hotel room before.
