Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We had a wonderful stay in the lake view room. The hotel has a very good vibe situated in the nice area of arts performing center. Walking distance to the south coast shopping mall and many upscale restaurants. The front desk supervisor, Salvador, was very friendly and knowledgeable from my first phone call before the check-in to our checkout. He addressed every need for us. The parking of the hotel is convenient with in and out although it is a bit pricey. We will definitely stay there for our future visits to the performing center.

Another great week stay in their junior suite celebrating My birthday with my friend whom has the same bday! We really appreciate the staff and the beautiful decor. I love the sauna in gym... Such a great touch! I love the location. The restaurant has inviting decor. And our server was really kind and attentive. 10/10. I love this hotel! We will be back.

This hotel is an exceptional choice for a weekend getaway! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for relaxation. A charming, artsy hotel with a distinctive character. One of the few places where the rooms feature hardwood floors There’s also a pleasant artificial water feature beside the property. The check-in process was a bit unusual: guests are asked whether they plan to use the in-room bar fridge, and if so, they’re given a key to unlock the cabinet it’s kept in. Accessing the parking area is slightly inconvenient, as you need to exit the hotel and re-enter through the car entrance. Despite rooms showing as available in the app, no upgrade was offered.

Great hotel and very accommodating for our dog. They have a wonderful room that has a fully enclosed patio. Therefore, our dog could have some space to run around outside and stay safe. The hotel is also in walking distance of incredible shopping and restaurants. And of course, it's right next to the Orange County Performing Arts Center. What an incredible location!

Our experience is nothing short of exceptional. The service was exquisite: valet parking attendant, check in staff and room service/housekeeping. The lakeside pond and park was conducive to relaxation for mind, spirit and body.Halloween ruckus of loud conversations from two couples guests in the adjoining suite interrupted our restful sleep at 10:30 and carried on till almost midnight—with rhythmic music. The guests door handle displayed, "PRIVACY PLEASE". And resumed 4:30-almost 6:00AM.That matter ceased when the incident was reported to front desk (operator) and I personally went down to the registration desk in order to seek resolution of this matter. We had come from 48 hours of road trip to find rest in this beautiful locale and we’re on the road again for the next two days.We were disheartened and sorely disappointed!!! This time 1/5 rating for this time. Hopefully, when given the occasion to bring it up to 5/5.Looking forward to the opportunity to make it great again. Especially, on the day designated by our Creator sanctified and set aside for rest and restoration.Blessings,PK & WS

I usually stay at the Westin or Marriott nearby, but this will be my new regular hotel to stay at. The only downside is that it doesnt have an M lounge, but they offer free breakfast to compensate. My room is fantastic and service was flawless
