The rooms were clean and very "business" style modern. The hotel on the other hand, was not. We stayed 3days and saw the same gold fish spilled in the elevators the whole time. The mood was also gloom. None of the staff were very friendly, and seemed either stressed or annoyed. The gift shop attendant was very rude, and when we asked if she was okay, she responded with, "I just don’t want to be here. It’s too early." In addition, the hotel breakfast server just came to our table to drop the bill and never refilled our drinks or picked up plates.it seemed like the hostess was doing all of the work. We are thankful for her. In addition, we called for our car (valet) 15 minutes before leaving. We waited 35 minutes to get it.when we went outside, they hadn’t even went for it, then they brought the wrong car out and just ignored us being the only ones standing out there. Overall, this place is just a building and the hospitality is lacking. Seems like a universal disparity across all departments. It’s not worth the money if you’re looking for a guest experience
Positive: Very clean Negative: Aman was an awesome registration agent.
I stayed during Valentine's Day weekend and was upgraded to executive suite and me and my girlfriend love it. Nice views of the Downtown city and love the service at front desk. We also enjoy the lounge access and the great hospitality from the workers inside. Be definitely staying here more in the future.
Most of the staff was easy to work with and helpful. We were somewhat disappointed that The Parlor was closed all weekend. We did enjoy the games at the Sports Bar. The ice machine on our floor was down but the did deliver us a bucket. Plenty of fun drink and food options in their market. The room was tight, especially the bathroom. We stayed in a King bedroom.
Great location downtown. Staff were average - not everyone was friendly or accommodating, but some were. Rooms were average as well. The main floor is nicer than the rooms and their finishes. The gym was very spacious and it was filled with a lot of equipment that overlooks the pool. The downside is the sun shines right through the large windows which makes it very warm, which isn’t ideal for working out. Also, the floors looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. There was large chucks of dirt and debris on floor and the yoga mats the entire duration of our stay. This could be improved, along with making the space cooler for guests to work out in.
A great hotel in the heart of downtown with extremely convenient access to DART. My room on the 25th floor had a great view of the city, a comfy bed, and cold AC. The fridge kept my drinks cold. The bathroom was spacious, no complaints there. My room was near the elevator banks, and there was a recurrent but faint hum from the elevators when they ran - thankfully, I'm not bothered by noises like that at all, but lighter sleepers be aware. Public areas and convention/meeting spaces were clean and well maintained. The website states the pool is "heated". Unfortunately I found it to not be swimmable on a 65° morning at 8am. Better to go after lunch. As for service, I have no complaints. I stayed here on a very busy weekend when a convention was in town. the staff worked efficiently to get everyone checked in despite the volume. The bell stand was kind enough to hold my bags for me until my room was ready. My wish for no daily housekeeping was honored throughout my stay. Overall a great option!
Stayed one night - 02/07/2026 - for a concert at American Airlines Center. Location was decent - convenient to venue. The service was great - easy check-in, no complaints, did not need anything after that. The guest rooms...are comfortable, but dated. I stayed on the 29th floor of the South Tower, and while my guest room was clean and I slept well, the facility is showing its age and it's getting to be time for a renovation. I was able to hear loud vehicle exhaust from below until the early morning hours, but I still slept well. I cannot complain at all for the price I paid, but if I paid any more than that, the value would just not be there anymore. Overall, this was good for an overnight trip, would stay again for my next concert at American Airlines Center.
