Alright, I’m one of the few mixed reviews on this place, and I genuinely wish I didn’t have to write this. The hotel itself is beautiful. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are nice, and overall the property definitely feels upscale. There’s a lot to like about the experience. However, my stay was overshadowed by a serious billing issue and a lack of communication afterward. At check-in, my debit card was charged and I was told by the front desk associate that the transaction did not go through. Based on that information, I attempted to run my card again and it declined, so I had to use my credit card instead. Later, I discovered that the original debit transaction had actually processed and posted to my bank account. My credit card was also successfully charged for the same stay. That resulted in a duplicate charge. Mistakes happen — I understand that. What’s been frustrating is the lack of urgency and response since then. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t received any reply or resolution. Additionally, the parking situation isn’t ideal and the location isn’t the most convenient compared to other Dallas options, especially at this price point. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better follow-up and customer service when an issue like this arises. I truly hope management reaches out and resolves this promptly.

I was never in a Virgin Hotel before. But this was a good experience. Hotel is close to Dallas design district where most of famous furniture’ brands have their show rooms. Rooms are clean , quite. and with an impactive design. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant at ground floor offers a very limited and very america menu: hamburgers ,french fries and staff like this. Nothing special but at least they serve you food till 23,

Amazing Hotel. Can’t say enough about it. Love the decor and vibe from the hotel. It’s definitely geared more towards adults. Room was gorgeous with everything on hand for you. Service was amazing from Troy at the bar to Alan at the valet. Also the perks that you get just by joining their loyalty program are amazing; 2 free drinks per person at the bar from 5-6. Can’t beat that. Highly recommend this hotel!

Submitting a two-star review for a two night stay 2/17-2/19. At the beginning of this stay, there was an error by Navan, the company we book through. This error noted a different room than what the hotel was willing to offer (a $400 room versus a $1,000 room). While mistakes happen, and Navan was responsible and not Virgin, the customer experience I received from the night manager (a younger lady) was unacceptable. The lack of care and boasting of an illusion of power isn’t something that should be presented by someone in a customer facing role. The second incident during the same trip led me to find a condom on my nightstand the second day. I assume one of the maids found it while cleaning and thought it was mine. While that’s a nice gesture, it must have been left by a previous occupant eluding to the lack of cleanliness of the property. Once I saw this I called the front desk and NOTHING was done. I wouldn’t be surprised if the condom was still up there. I’ve done business with this hotel on many occasions due to my client having a headquarters in the area and I’ve referred the hotel to my team, colleagues and executives. However, this experience will make it the last time.

The vibe of the hotel is great! Loved the decor and finishes. However, there were multiple things about our room that gave me the "ick" - sizeable stain and black marking on the giant lamp, several scratches on the coffee table, orange stains (bleach?) on the purple vanity chair, and white calcium build up on the red shower head. This is in addition to the bathroom light and window shade not working - but those two things were fixed as soon as we notified the front desk. Overall, the hotel just felt very unclean. The restaurant was also dirty - stains on the chair, hair in the chair, food on the ground, markings on gold pipes above bar that looked like handprints?! Finally, our drinks from the Commons Club were great, but the food was inedible. My husband got the Cuban Hash which looked like cat food or some weird meat and did not taste good. This hotel could be at the top of our list with just a little more attention to detail and cleanliness! But for the price, it was disappointing.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is very nice as well as the staff. We enjoyed the oversized shower and comfy bed and pretty views from our room. I would only suggest if you do stay, opt for the valet service. I parked in the pay-to-park lot next to it and found my passenger window busted out and drivers door handle ripped off the following morning. I’ve spent my entire life avoiding Dallas and the one time I go, this happens. Should have trusted my intuition.

Easily located hotel by the airport. Great if you're going to be in Dallas for work. The restaurant downstairs has great steak and eggs along with a nice coffee shop. Only your fortunate thing is the coffee shop opens at 7:00 so there is a cafe around the corner that opens at 6:30 but I highly recommend going to
