I think the most what bothered me was the owner behind the desk. It’s a couple, he is fine. Very polite and friendly but when it was just her, she gave me attitude just because I something’s had a hard time understanding her accent. The rooms were what you expected from a motel, nothing crazy.

I’ve never before in my life have gone to such a bad hotel. Once we got there, the carpet was messed up and not at all cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and when we asked for rolls it never came so we called down again and they said we had to go down there to get it. A sticky glop that had molded over on my bed. The towels had red stains on it (please clean your towels. Jeez!). Breakfast? Don’t even want to talk about it. We got a none smoking hotel room and it sure did smell like it. The pillows were the worse and so THIN! The bed was so obvious that someone has slept in it. The fridge smelled as if something had rotted in it. I don’t write reviews but since this hotel was so bad, I need to let people know!! We also got a room for my grandparents, there was a hole in the covers. Other than that.. well there was no other than that. If I could give a zero, I would. I would have preferred them to spend there money on good service and actually clean up the room rather spend it on a tiny pool.

I travel across the peninsula for work. I live in Sacramento so I stay in the city a couple times a week to avoid excessive travel. In terms of Value, this is the best by far. Rooms are clean, cozy, quiet, and your a 5 minute drive from the central hub of the SF freeway interchange. Gas, grocery and fast food within striking distance.

The location was convenient for an event at Cow Palace and the room was mostly clean. However, when I checked in there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier, and I could not explain to the host that I already had a reservation. This resulted in much back and forth with the booking company and the host, with me pacing around on the phone for 45 minutes at 3 AM. Eventually she noticed that my name was on a printout on the desk beside her the whole time and let me into my room. The very next day, I’d left my backpack in the room to attend a convention at Cow Palace, and the cleaning staff left the door wide open the entire day. Nothing was stolen, so that was a point in favor of the neighborhood, but it was still concerning.

Booked this hotel for a rave at Cow Palace. It is a simple hotel with very comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking when we checked in. Walked about 16 min from Cow Palace at 3 am with a group of friends. Felt safe.

Decent place, the rooms are nice. Customer service isn't all too great but the rates aren't bad and I felt safe leaving my car there and walking about the area. 20 minute walk to and from the Cow Palace

Great stay. Very convenient parking. Parking is like gold in San Francisco. Clean facility. With all the essentials. I would stay here again.
