Terrible experience in this hotel. At first I was attended by a very friendly lady, but then the manager came out screaming while I moved my things, accusing me of wanting to get more people in (something totally false!). Later, when I went to ask for batteries for the remote control - because it didn't work - I rang the bell and the manager came out again shouting in my face not to touch it. Unbelievable lack of respect and education. In addition, the room smelled of mold, the lights did not work well and everything was neglected. Honestly, it has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

I had a bad experience here, the man in the front desk is no disrespectful, room smell to mold and humidity. Never come here people.

This is the filthiest hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Room very uncomfortable, dirty w non working phone to use. The cord wasn't attached coz there was none. You can contact any attendants nor the outside world if your cellphone is dead (left my chargers behind). The the entire room hgad black dirt which looked like mold. The bathroom shower/tub had the most accumulated mold at the bottom of the door cornered to the shower. It had a mini window high up that also had mold. Had no heating in the restroom.. so discouraging to take a was shower nor soak in tub to relax. Only way possible to shower was to turn on the heating system full blast to hot so air circulated towards the bathroom. The heating system is very out of date machine and was also filthy. I had to constantly adjust the temperature the entire stay because it turns off. I woke up either feeling hot or too cold to sleep. The mini fridge was also not clean. It had 2 hair particle bottom back corner. Basically, it was a disgusting place to stay at. As typical travelers, I was too tired to make a complaint. Too many unacceptable qualities at this business to share to the public. Just hoping to warn any potential interested individuals thinking of staying at this place. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The host swiped me and my friend's card multiple times, saying it got declined. Made us pay $20 more for nothing when other people told us they had the same room, bed, bathroom for only $100. We wanted a refund and chose not to stay because of that and because the room was very dirty. The bathroom lights needed to be flicked on and off back and forth in order for it to work. The window was broken and wouldn't shut. So unsafe! We talked to the man in the office and he said he will refund. He never did and it's been a week now. He took my ID to write down my ID information including bank card info. I had to file a claim. He swiped my friend's card more than 3 times, said it declined when it did go through in total 5 times. Will never ever trust this place again.

Ghetto. Look like a trap spot to me. Them foreigners dont care. Dont even have night stands. Dam remote is resting on top of head board. Sad situation. Lmao. If you have class. Dont come. Ghetto as all get out. Bottom line.

It looks like it would be seedy from the area, yes, but it's actually pretty nice. Clean room, nice TV, and the front desk guy was very nice.
