Knights Inn Dayton at Poe Ave

The rooms were clean and neat. It was mostly quiet. The hotel staff that checked us in and out was nice and polite. The ac worked and was very cool. Nobody was loud. The beds were nice and comfortable. Just enough light. There were no bugs or anything. A little work was going on when we arrived but were finished before we got back. The room was easy to access. The room key worked great. The tv was nice and clear. Sound was great. Pillows were soft. Should the need arise, I would stay again. Very enjoyable. It also isnt to far from good food.

Trip.com fraudulently charged my card for another room night. Had to report fraudulent activity to my financial institution to get my money back. Trip.com was trying to extort more money from me when I contacted them.

Positive: Absolutely nothing it was the worst day of any hotel I have ever stayed in Negative: I walked in there was cockroaches crawling all over the furniture, I called the front desk because the television didn't work and he hung up on me. 2 hours after my check-in they finally moved my room

Key fob doesn't work, $20 non refundable deposit, I rented for two days, but had to leave at 11 a.m. to return at 3pm for check in or pay a $15 fee. cockroaches in the room. Rooms are filthy. Shower is broke. And staff is rude. Lot's of riff raff and drug use going on. I just wanted to rest my body in a clean and friendly environment

Staff is extremely rude if you are disabled and require a service animal. The staff refuse to be educated on the laws regarding what they are allowed to ask for and called my cardiac and seizure alert and response service animal an "emotional support pet" and said I clearly didn’t need him since I had my husband take him to the bathroom while I was trying to check in. They eventually let me in after causing a cardiac episode. The beds are like sleeping on a cot and the pillows seem to be about 30years old. The sheets all have holes and burns in them. I was threatens with room checks though for their sake they never did one just more discrimination tactics. The also refuse you first floor rooms if you book more than a night (even if you are disabled). Most certainly not a family friendly with no breakfast and no screens in the windows a child can fall right out! There is only a fridge in the room not microwave and you are not allowed anything to cook with not even a crockpot. They threaten to kick you out if you even have someone over (as in you don’t even need to be being loud or any of the sorts). All around just a terrible hotel with terrible staff. Avoid at all costs especially with children or if you are disabled.

No ice machine. Had to pay $15 extra for a smoking room. Killed five cockroaches within 2 hours. I left 3 hours into my stay. I do not recommend this Inn! I will never be back.

Went their last night to stay a night as soon as we get their we check to make sure their were no bed bugs in the one bed their was nothing but, at 2am in the morning I was getting bit by something and new it was bed bugs when I saw them in the bed, honestly would never go their again also their sonly a vending machine and like no good small food area or anything definitely wasn't the best hotel.
