Staff was extremely helpful and very informative. I've stayed here for several months and have had no complaints. Noise levels are questionable at times but that's due to the traffic and installation around doors and windows. 🅿️ is very difficult and no laundry service but there is a laundry mat right down the road about a quarter mile. Shopping is about a half mile down So if it wasn't for the local gozone the location would be horrible for someone that has no transportation of their own. Air conditioner/heaters works beautifully and always has hot water and great water pressure. Never slow drains and doesn't have any odd orders. Mail is delivered to my door when I get any and everyone I've encountered are very friendly people. All in all I enjoy it here. Maybe a price decrease would be a suggestion due to the availability of the things around the motel but other then that I'm completely satisfied.

The price is amazing!! The rooms are wonderfully clean, comfy beds, microwave, refrigerator! Free wifi and lots of cable channels. I am an absolute stickler for clean rooms and bathrooms and I have stayed at many high priced hotels that were not nearly as well appointed or so incredibly clean. The owners are very nice and helpful also. I just wish I could find a motel like this in every city I travel through or visit. I have stayed here twice and both times were great!

After I encountered a rude employee at the hotel I usually stay at in Denton, I decided to give this place a try, after checking reviews on here. It's definitely small, so is the parking lot... So parking might be a little bit of an issue. The older gentleman working the office seemed to be pretty cool. The rooms are clean, however they are a bit outdated. The wifi does work, however the signal wasn't very strong. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom was clean. Finding a place to set up my laptop and plug it in, was a bit difficult. Other than that, it's not a bad little place.

Stayed here 10/12-10/15 and came home covered in bed bug bites. I stupidly didn't check the bed before I slept in it, but noticed some bites on my flight home. Everything else was great--clean, nice to have a fridge and microwave, decent location. The tv was wonderful too, nice flat screen. Would have been a great stay had I not ended up covered in bed bug bites. Don't think I brought them home with me, took the necessary precautions, but still. Stayed in room 7, for future reference. Make sure to check the beds!

Been stayig at this motel 12/13 years and always in the same room NAS CAR weekends. It has become home away from home. The rates are very reasonable,the rooms are spaious and clean and the staff are awsom. If you like sm motel quiet,laid back with country feel then check it out. You can stay in a newer mote with double the rate but will not find the quality service people care and go that.extra mile there.

Big room, nice TV. You can tell they’ve tried to update the bathroom. Mini fridge works good. But the staff is above average, they were very helpful. Big gap under door that I plug up.
