If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live beneath a herd of tap-dancing elephants, this motel gives you the full experience. The ceiling is so thin that every single footstep from the guest upstairs echoes like a drum solo—24/7. Who needs sleep when you have a live soundtrack of someone else’s daily movements? And when you finally give up on rest and resign yourself to lying in bed… good luck getting back out of it. The mattress is basically a black hole in disguise. I sank so far into it I thought I’d need mountain-climbing gear to escape. Clean room, sure. Easy check-in, fine. But if your definition of a good stay doesn’t involve involuntary participation in an upstairs neighbor’s every move *and* almost being swallowed alive by the mattress, maybe skip this one. The only redeeming quality is it’s across from Carissa’s for breakfast.

Wonderful small resort just out of town in east Hampton. Thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place. A real community feeling and wonderfully friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a lovely swimming pool and tennis courts. It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. And about 30 minutes to the Main Street in east Hampton.

Best place to stay on the East End!!! The pool is beautiful and so are the grounds. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and the room had everything we needed. Great location!!!

Great great hotel. Very clean, new , nice. Very kind and nice staff. Free parking, very nice swimming pool with all amenities, 2 tennis courts. Separate changing room with shower. We were surprised when we were offered beach passes. Thank you again.

My partner and I went for the weekend. Fri night, the ac kept us up most of the night bc it was sooo loud. Sat night, the ac broke.||We had a terrible ant problem the whole time.||When we left, I informed the person at reception of our complaints and was told the manager would get back to me.||It's been 2 weeks and no call.

We had a fantastic stay and can't recommend it enough. The location is PERFECT - in a beautiful peaceful setting - half a mile from the village. The rooms were immaculate, bright and nicely appointed. Pool was a bonus and a hit. The grounds were spacious. It's extremely family friendly. Loved all the amenities. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our return.
