Hotel Heritage El Monte Los Angeles

I had to go to a hotel last minute because of a family emergency and decided to stay at the heritage hotel. This is my 3rd night here and it’s been really good. Beds are comfy enough. Room feels cozy. It’s very clean too which way crucial for me. The people working here are very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that to use the microwave in the kitchen you have to call someone to open it but it’s safer so it’s ok. I wish you couldn’t hear the neighbors so much either but it’s to be expected. Other than that it’s been pleasant staying here and I’m very grateful for that

For the price, this room was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Staff member Adi took great care of me and answered all my questions and prepared me for the parking situation on Friday and Saturday nights. Very helpful! There are also many stores within walking distance including a Starbucks. Highways are nearby and the location is great. All staff members were very helpful and friendly.

I should of looked at the reviews. The rooms were small and the heater smelled weird. The room was not clean. The bathroom tub was basically black. The towels were dirty that when I used it, it had a clump of someone else's hair. they did have a complimentary breakfast and I didn’t expect much but they need to upgrade and change their menu. They had waffles but were terrible and they only had boiled eggs and had "bagels" but were basically just pieces of white toast. The only edible thing was the coffee and the packaged bread and cereal. I wish I could get my money back. I highly don’t recommend this place.

I'm incredibly grateful for the services this place has offered. The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. Comes with good quality mini fridge, bathtub and shower, flat screen and all the channels, and the beds are pretty comfortable as well (down comforters are ALWAYS a cozy plus 👌🏻) I dig the Funky Fresh elevator with retro carpeted walls, and the ice machine and vending machines actually work too! The dude in the front office is pretty chill and kind. Location pros: close to everything you could possibly need like grocery stores, CVS, tons of food options, banks, etc., even laundry mat which is cool too. Cons: it can be rather noisy sometimes, mostly due to the train close by, otherwise it's typical noise you'd expect in the area

I experienced this hotel a couple months ago and I loved it. Very big rooms and nice mirrors. Bed was very comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Nice pool, many towels and always available. I forgot my $100 deposit and a month later they called me to pick it up very nice and helpful employees.

This hotel was clean, efficient, reasonably priced and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable enough and we got a good night's sleep. We enjoyed playing in the small unheated pool. 🙂 The breakfast was fruit, juice, yoghurt, pastries, cereal, boiled eggs and waffles. The breakfast room was small and filled up before we were able to sit down - but they opened up a meeting room to seat our family and another family that was also waiting. We would definitely go there again.

A good hotel for the price. Rooms were clean plenty of channels to pick from on TV. The free breakfast was decent. They we're expanding the building so it was a little bit of an eyesore but nothing detremetal and never heard any construction noise. There was very few trains going be and hardly any planes. We maybe heard 1. Staff was friendly and would stay again.
